“No problems used city link through interparcel to collect an item,good online tracking,just make sure there is someone at collecting address and should be ok.”

“I really enjoy the service on inter parcel its not the first time i have used it and because it so much easier then other delivery providers it make my life easier, so far i have been using it for the last two years and therefore keep coming back to it every time. I would definitely recommend this service to anybody wanting to use it for national delivery as well as international delivery as i have had success in both platforms.”

“Ive been using interparcel on line for about 2 years now and have send hundreds of parcels to the UK and overseas, They have been very reliable and offer great value for money, Their couriers have always been very friendly and on the occasions Ive needed phone support they have been great, All in all great service which ill continue to use :)”

“The only reason I'm giving Interparcel four stars and not five is that I have only ever used two of their services, both being Hermes. I have only ever had one parcel that didn't arrive at the destination and I found the Interparcel staff very helpful in firstly trying to locate it and secondly compensating me when it went missing. It did not go missing due to Interparcel so they are not losing any further stars because of it. I'm satisfied.”

“Used for the first time. Was really cheap compared to Roual Mail. Collected my Parcel and sent me a text when it got delivered. Only ever going to use this service it's great”

“Booking procedure very straightforward. Easy to make a choice from the varied quotes although I prefer to use UPS as my carrier of choice. I've not had any problems with delivery of my item.”
