“I have been using Interparcel.com for several years now and find their site easy to use and their prices very reasonable. On the rare occasions that I have had a problem a quick email to them gets an even quicker response and the problem smoothly rectified. This is why I consider they deserve a 5 star rating.”

“Whole process of booking a courier was so easy. Great choice & at better rates than individual proprietary websites. Lots of delivery options & clear instructions. Can even pay via Paypal ( although a small surcharge - but great for convenience). Print labels etc. Tracking numbers provided instantly. Will definately use next time I need to organise a delivery!”

“this is an easy to use web site to use but if your postcode is not in there list its a total pain update guys im wanting sendmore parcel very soon i used your site when lived in suffolk mow moved to devon laurel farm herbs & edibles enjoyed useing this site and when in sufffolk having UPS on borad made life so easy gave 4 stars because the post codes need updating”

“I booked two parcels to be collected and delivered by City link with interparcel recently, at a time slot between 12 and 6. When arrived back home from the doctors at 11 I found the driver had been and gone, typical! I was however really impressed by the helpfulness of the lady on the live chat facility on the website who quickly was able to rebook the collection for the following day.”

“I have used them a number of times couple of times have dealt with my issue swiftly but on the last occasion their service was poor andy issue was not resolved even though I had provided evidence on their numerous requests.”

“I had a parcel picked up from my place of work and delivered the next day using Interparcel. There was no issue with either the collection or delivery of the parcel and I was kept up to date as to what was happening. I have used Interparcel before and will continue to do so in the future as they do what they say.”

“I find interparcel easy to use and with having 3 children at home I love the fact that parcels get collected from me. The only downside I find is if I have to do multiple parcels I think it would be easier to pay together once finished, instead I have to log into paypal for each item. Its not the end of the world but anything for an 'easier'? life!”

“I recently used Interparcel for the first time earlier this month to receive some clothing garments sent to me from London to up North on next day service. I was on a very tight time deadline, when ordering and in all I had to submit my application 4 times due to either time outs, or the ability to not go back a step if I realised I had done something wrong. The only query I have with the website is the ability to not go a step back in the application. When I realised I had entered a value in wrong on the previous step, I had to start right from the beginning which wasn't great when I was already so far into the process and was battling with time. In terms of service on the day, I got the garments exactly when I needed them and my text notifications came through promptly. I will most definitely be using Interparcel again.”

“I have used interparcel several times now to send various parcels and in my experience this has been a great service at highly competitive rates, offering a wide range of shipping options. For a percentage related fee they a,so insure the delivery up to ?1000.00 in value.”

“I have used this service about 10 times now, and find it overall excellent value for money. My local store are now very efficient at providing the service. My only issue is that the other stores that recipients collect the parcels from do not communicate very well that a parcel has arrived at its destination. That suggests to me that the training for staff in stores needs reviewing.”

“I've used Interparcel for a few years now to send parcels on the larger side, where RM tends to be a little expensive. Great thing is that when my printer had run out of ink I just chose one of the other courier options that didn't need you to print the labels out. Fantastic.”

“The only.suggestion i.soul like to.make is put.a.box in for.customers.to.put.in.where.a.parcel.can.be.collected/deliver to/from.should the.person.be.out. Ie.garden shed act other.than tray first class service. Have.usedbefore.Nd Will.again”
