“I am old school , ie a miserable old sod , I dislike having to rate various companies service, years ago a good service was the norm , give a good service and move on . In recent years it seems to be the way of families to constantly tell their kids " mummy loves you" etc, etc , it borders on sickening , any kid with half a brain knows what mum and dad thinks of them , I will now get off my soap box. I have just had a run in with the stars box , what next , I would have put in five stars had it not been for this wretched survey.”

“I find using the courier service easy, the prices are excellent , the courier who picks up my parcels is lovely and very friendly. If they keep the prices as they are I will continue to use them.”

“I arranged a Saturday service delivery via INTERPARCEL with Citylink so that the receiver would be at home to sign for the item. Item didn't arrive at all, and was not carded. I had to contact Interparcel and was told the driver could not find the address and had returned the item to the depo. I told them i wanted the item to be delivered on a SATURDAY and expected the delivery to happen the following weekend. However they didnt listen and tried to redelivery the item on the Monday! No one was home, and tracking said the item had been carded. The recipient had actually not received a missed delivery card, so again i had no choice but to contact interparcel again - they said the item WOULD be delivered on the Saturday and apologised for the issues. Saturday came, item was not delivered or carded. It has now been two weeks, the item is still at the depo. I'm ?30 down (cost of service - which i have been told is non refundable!) and god knows whats going to happen next. APPALLING SERVICE! AVOID AT ALL COST!”

“The only bad experience from you, is the claiming side of thingsm, its too messy and long, and even when providing photo evidence, it still wasnt enough to get a refund on a small amount, its the only thing id improve”

“Been using this company for over 5 years and have sent 100s of parcels with them and they have never let me down, The prices were always good but recently they have become even more competitive and are amongst the best. Also, there is a great range of services to choose from and some of the widest range of collection times. Even if their prices are slightly higher than others I will tend to use interparcel as they are reliable and the company is trust worthy it has been round for ages and have a good reputation.”

“Have to ship parcels internationally several times a year. Always use Interparcel as it gives you the options that are best priced and choices to suit your requirements. Would not look anywhere else to book a parcel.”
