“Using Interparcel was so convenient and easy, it only took me a couple of minutes online. The service they provided was first class, I even received an email when the parcel was delivered. Excellent service and considerably cheaper than Royal Mail and I didn't have to go to the Post Office!”

“Booked online for collection next day, courier never turned up,contacted INTERPARCEL to see what happened, they spoke to the courier then told me the courier never received the booking, breakdown on the part of INTERPARCEL,asked me if I would like to re-book, the item was time sensitive which is why I went with a tracked service, told them it needed to be there day after tomorrow, had to then be put through to a manager and complain to her before they agreed to upgrade to overnight delivery for no extra charge, this should have been offered from the off, I shouldn't have had to argue the point.Item got there on time but only after the hassle of having to wait in all day for 2 days waiting for collection, 1 day I expect, but using both of my days off sitting around is not what I expect, will go back to using [External Link] in future”

“Interparcel is far superior to Royal Mail.Very nice lady collects the parcel and when it arrives at the other end I can safely know that it is in one piece.Being able to complete transaction on computer is a must for me.Shame they cant call themselves Royal Interparcels.”

“I had to get a parcel to our granddaughter and the PO cost was prohibitive and more costly than the contents. I look at a comparison site on the internet and Interparcel was one of the lowest at around one third the PO price. I had to take it to a drop off point in a local shop but this wasa not much more effort than going to a Post Office. The shop knew exactly what to do and I was given a receipt and was soon on my way after leaving the parcel with them. The parcel was delivered some three days later which was what I was told would happen.. I had paid for a text notification and this is how I was informed. I would use this service again.”
