“i used to use parcel2go but after many failed collections i moved to interparcel. so far i have had no issues and everything has been collected/delivered okay. The web site is easy to use and the address book is very handy. keep up the good work interparcel :)”

“I have been using Interparcels for several years now. I book the collection - easy! I send the parcel off with the driver - easy! I check a few days later that it has been delivered - easy!”

“Have used this company for about 3 or 4 years now and apart from one item that was mislaid (was compensated in full though),have found them to be very efficient.I normally use the standard UPS parcel service and can also recommend this company.I typically get the same driver,who is both friendly and helpful.Interparcels site is also easy to use. Full marks all round.”

“Be churlish to pick any quibbles with Interparcel. Prices are keen and better than some of the competition. Unlike the Royal Mail I've never had any erm, 'missing' aka nicked parcels..... I use them as my default courier intermediary as it's cheaper and easier than using any courier company directly, and the site is much, that's MUCH easier to use than Parcelmonkey as Interparcel let me store my card details rather than having the damned rigmarole of putting them in every damned time.”

“The website was very easy to use with no nonsense about getting you to give extra details about yourself. I placed my order, paid ?10.90 for a 50x40x30cm box that weighed 3kg (very good value in my mind) and a UPS guy picked it up from my house within half an hour (he happened to be in the area!) He was lovely and friendly and the whole thing was as hassle free and reasonably priced as you hope every service will be in life!! (Of course I don't yet know if it's been delivered, but I'm pretty convinced it will be :-))”

“Interparcel is fine ....But I would not use Interlink through them. I once paid for a pre-10.30 delivery and Interlink arrive at 1.30... I had to pay my fitters for the time we all sat there waiting. We had 5 people on site, sitting around for hours, waiting for Interlink and when we repeatedly phoned the office they could not tell us an ETA. When the driver eventually arrived, he was terribly laid back, and his response to me was "whatever"!!!!”

“Used Interparcel several times and had great service, even when one shipment went wrong and had to claim on the insurance they where very helpful and sorted it out for me! Would recommend to anyone.”

“When collected, they offer a fast efficient service, but rebooking failed collection is tiresome, need to use live chat as telephone lines are costly and just time wasting, 0845 no and the like should be outlawed, i use them as they are very competitive on price, but i suppose this is why the failure rate is as it is. This is my personal rate that i have experienced in the last 3 years of using this service, thanks”

“This is the second time I've used interparcel and it's a very efficient and easy to use service. The only niggle (and it's a very slight one) and the only reason I didn't give 5*s, is that they can't give a time other then 'between 9.00 am and 6.pm' for collection (you can request one but it isn't fixed for sure) which can be a bit inconvenient . I guess this is down to the carriers not to Interparcel themselves. Other than that, though, great service even when things go wrong as they did in my first delivery (my fault not theirs).”
