“Easy to use & cost effective”

“Appalling service. I paid extra for collection and next-day delivery. After 5 days of phone calls (hours on the phone) chasing them up, they were still unable to get an answer from Tuffnells, so we used someone else. Funnily enough, they came to collect later that day and when we told the driver, he said: "Not surprised. It happens a lot". Amazing!”

“Worst booking service ever. Lost 2 package worth over $20k of medical equipment - it is a big box (StarTrack) Second big box is on UPS also worth $20,000 of medical equipment UPS. It's like you misplaced your refrigerator in your house.”

“Scam company charged me for same day collection and delivery and did not show up for 3 days ! Now claim I will be charged £10.40+vat for cancellation the service! Bunch of idiots !!!”

“I paid for the parcel, I picked it up and sent it ,later it was lost for half a year, then they sent parcel it back and sent another inv. for £ 99 to pay, I do not recommend and do not send them with them because you will lose a lot of nerves and money”

“Send goods packaged in a solid plastic crate, then charged extra because it wasn't wrapped in cardboard. If this was the case then why wasn't made very clear as I could find anywhere that was the rule. Won't use again”

“I frequently use Interparcel for UK parcels. This time, it was to send a parcel to Japan that had originally been sent by post and then sent back as 'Address unknown" even though I know this address is correct. So, there was some in trepidation to spend quite a lot of money on trying to resend the parcel. The parcel this time was delivered quickly and we received a text notification too. High recommended service.”

“The Del Boy and Rodney of Parcel delivery. There is no way on earth that this company should score a 4.5. I am in the retail business and Interparcel are often the butt of jokes at conferences and seminars that I attend. “Your about as reliable as Interparcel!” Both myself and at least 20 Of my fellow retailers refuse to use Interparcel. They are clearly encouraging the successful deliveries to leave positive reviews.”

“My go-to place to send parcels - I get a huge variety of options with regard to couriers and prices. I send quite a few parcels and have always been pleased with the service. Deliveries are always within the time-frame stipulated and arrive in good condition. Very happy.”
