“Excellent service, on line experience to organise collection excellent, printed label good. Driver arrive to collect parcel, a very nice polite and courteous man, it was quite a heavy item, he lifted it for me right out to his van. I receive a text very prompt that the parcel was out for delivery, another text to say it had been delivered and signed by the person named on the label. You have got your system operating very well. Thank you for the experience, and all this in less than 24hrs. I will certain use your service again.”

“I always have used Interparcel. They offer the best rates. Their website is extremely well laid out and very easy to use! I haven't ever had a late delivery or damage. All around a good value for money and I have recommended them on several occasions to people I know.”

“A1 Service! Easy to use website; even takes paypal, so you know its a secure payment. Speedy pick up and Delivery. You even get a text message telling you the parcel has arrived safely at its destination. Apparently texts the person you're sending it to as well. Text message clear and detailed - telling you who signed for it. I didn't have to worry about anything. Oh and did I mention cost effective too! much cheaper than other quotes I got and doesn't matter what size your parcel is or how bulky. Got turned down by other sites because my item was too long! Would definitely use again. Saved in my favourites!”

“This was my first time using a parcel broker and I was very apprehensive about it. I was even more worried when a guy turned up for collection in normal every day casual clothes, in his own car and had no ID on him! However, he was very professional, collected parcel early morning which was great because the slot I was given was until 9pm! I was able to track the item fully online and it was delivered on time. All this at a fraction of the price quoted by the post office.”

“I had to get a parcel to Finland in two days for my sons birthday. I chose Interparcel because they were able to deliver the parcel 24 hours after piecing it up and they were very competitive on price. The collection driver showed up on time and the txt message and online tracking allowed me to see were it was and when it was delivered. Highly recommend I will definitely use this service again.”

“We use your services quite regularly and have only had 1 breakage ever, the driver always turns up on the day and is very efficient and polite, so we only have one suggestion, that you offer insurance on a wider range of goods. After our driver has collected from us that the other courier staff take as much care, time and consideration, we cannot find a courier who will insure ceramics and glass surely this would be a niche market to be in.”

“Easy to use web site that gives you plenty of choice of carrier, plus the provision for sending the odd heavy / large volume item. Log in and get a parcel away in five minutes knowing it will be collected on time and delivered on time !. The text service that notifies you of delivery is also very helpful.”

“Much cheaper than Royal Mail, print off the label, drop it off at the store then track it using the number given. Parcel arrived at its destination at the time stated”

“Interparcel is great you fill in your on line form and get an estimate of your costs so you can decide before you send your parcel if you want to carry on. They can even arrange insurance if you want it, you can track your parcel and get text messages on delivery it is all very easy.”
