“What a nightmare! We sent a parcel with some promotional gifts to Greece, but UPS in Greece refuses to deliver it. They claim that the box is over 10 kilos and cannot be considered a gift. It's frustrating since they keep asking for proof of payment when there isn't any since it's a gift. We've contacted Transglobal three times now, but every time we explain the situation to them, they assure us that they'll sort it out. However, after a week, nothing has been resolved. During our last call with Transglobal, we had to wait on hold for half an hour, only to be told that everything had been sorted out. However, UPS has since contacted the recipient and informed them that neither Transglobal nor UPS in the UK has contacted them to resolve the issue. It's disappointing that what we were told over the phone was a lie. To make matters worse, UPS is now charging us a fortune for storage!”

“Parcel arrived at destination but the carrier DPD stated that it was a larger parcel then sent out giving measurements of 63 x 50 x37cm, the parcel sent was 55 x 45 x 40, I have rang to inform them that the parcel arrived squashed and that is why the measurements are different and to take it up with DPD carriers but they are not bothered all they want is there £30, you cant actually speak to anybody as its only on e-mail Disgraceful service!!!”

“Interparcel refused to offer any compensation when one of their courier companies damaged my item despite it being inside a wooden crate and several layers of protective packaging. They deliberately make the claims process as complicated as possible in the hope that you don’t bother or give up. Just book your parcels direct with the suppliers and save yourself the cost and hassle of dealing with Interparcel.”

“I have used you twice I usually tuffnells I did not get the measurements correct and got badly caught out with penalty invoices Tried to discuss with customer services did not want to listen to my views tuffnells never gave me a penalty for wrong measurements or weight I will not use you again -”
