“i changed from interparcel recently as i was sending around 5-10 parcels a day and was approached by the UPS rep to open an account. Cant fault Interparcel though. staff were brill and attended to any problems i had to the best of their ability. I recommend them to everyone i can. Regards, bob”

“On the evening I sold my roof rails on e-bay I was able to book a collection for the following day, unusually for a courier company able to specific when it would be convenient for ME for the collection to take place. Collection was as agreed, the on-line tracking very simple to use and delivery (a distance of around 300miles) the following day - around 24 hours from collection to delivery - and at a very affordable price. Can't fault the service and will be using again.”

“I have no problems with Interparcel's service and would recommend them to anyone, and have done so frequently! However, Hermes in Grimsby area are about as much use as a chocolate teapot!! Despite Interparcel booking them three times on my behalf, Hermes failed to collect my parcel, leaving me out of pocket as I had to book a "proper" courier............”

“Very easy to use and a very good service, good value for money. We have used this service before and it beats standing in a queue waiting to be served. Just give measurements of your item, pay on line, print your labels and have your parcel collected. They are very fast on deliveries. Brilliant service and will use them again. Highly recommended.”

“This is really easy to do and you can arrange to drop the parcel off at a local shop or garage which means you don't have to wait around all day for it to be collected. The price was very reasonable and it was delivered to the recipient within 48 hours of me leaving the parcel at my corner shop. Brilliant, no hassle at all, would definitely recommend to all.”
