“This easy to use service is proving very convenient due entirely to the cooperative attitude of the local agent. Whenever he is unavailable, the service quality collapses.”

“I had a problem with 'UPS' COURIER SERVICES booked through Interparcel.... 'UPS' COURIER SERVICE basically messed up a delivery. Josie Smith from Interparcel Customer Services, sorted it all out.... even a full refund. So I still use Interparcel as GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ...”

“Was so frustrated when I needed to send an individual parcel quickly and at short notice. All of the couriers that I contacted wanted me to have an account. Found everything so easy to do and goods were delivered hassle free. Have used again since.”

“Some things don't run to plan and that's OK as whenever I've had a problem, Interparcel's team have been ready to help where they can. I never have any difficulty getting hold of them and they are always polite and efficient. Not only that but the pricing is excellent and the website easy to navigate and use. Thank you”

“I have used Interparcel about 8-10 times now, I am a small business and dont want to hold UPS - DHL Accounts and the change in the post office is awful, such miserable unhelpful people serving in 2 closest to me, so for parcel & package postal I use the Interparcel set up all the time. Its easy to use, all couriers and drop shops are always extremely helpful patient and polite, but the icing on the cake is the price, excellent value for the service, today sending a 3 kg parcel to Bedford with tracking service, collected at my home in Bath, 3 day service, self printed labels provided, but I would wager from past experience it will be there tomorrow a for ?5.39. inc VAT. I have and would recommend this to anyone, 4 new customers have used it on my recommendation and none have been disappointed. By the way I don't work for Interparcel.”

“Interparcel are & have always been my first port of call when I need a delivery service for my sales. Always great prices, cheaper than other services that I could use for my sales. They always collect at the times you ask & delivery is super fast & safe. It is also very easy & striaght forward to set up.”

“I send out fragile stone products every week. I use interparcel for most of my parcels. Wide choice of carriers - the UPS/interparcel service I have found to be particularly reliable and safe. Very rare to get breakages.”

“They just do what they say on the tin. Booking UPS through Interparcel is not only much, much cheaper that booking direct with UPS, but also much, much simpler. They do it the way all others should - and have weeded out some of the other dodgier, overly cheap offers from companies you should never trust to do a thing. Their service is far better that the DX service my solicitors, barristers, the court all use - even though they have much more buying power than little old me! Thanks - been using you for years and look forward to many more years to come A”

“Easy to use format on line with all options available. The price is very good for the service that I get. I have used other Courier services in the past but since finding Interparcel I would not go anywhere else. The Service that I use most of all involves UPS, they give the best service for me and are beating all others by a long way and that is judging from past experiences. Tracker system excellent and easy to use. No Bull...t, I would recommend Interparcel every time. Steve - SBM Resources Limited.”

“It really couldn't be any easier to send stuff (e.g. stuff you've sold on eBay) than by using interparcel.com. You don't have to 'sign-up' or 'register' to get a quote. The quoting process on the website is so brilliantly simple. All you have to provide is the source & destination postcodes and the weight & dimensions of your parcel(s). The next page presents you with an extensive, clearly laid out, list of possible courier services and their prices, along with lots of other information about each service, e.g. can it be collected today, do you need to print the labels, how much insurance cover is included, and more. When you've chosen and click on one of the 'Book Now' buttons the following pages are equally clear and uncluttered with useful things like finding a full address from a postcode, also an address book utility, stored payment cards and more. I've been using them for several years now and haven't had any problems, also when I've made the occassional mistake, the support staff have been able to quickly resolve the issue. All in all, I cannot recommend interparcel.com enough, try them out today.”
