“I have used Interparcel for approx 9 months for my business collections and deliveries. I have found the service to be excellent and reasonable prices. With one exception all deliveries have been made on time without any problems. Breakages mentioned by others are more likely to be poor packing. The one delivery that did not arrive on time was due to UPS not scanning the item into it's system correctly but it was sorted quickly when I contacted Interparcel.”

“Used interparcel a few times and always get good service and very fast delivery. One time I needed to change a delivery address after dispatch, emailed them at 7pm asking if it would be possible to change the delivery address and by 10am the next morning it had arrived at the amended destination. Outstanding service.”

“went to Post office at 9am thought charge was to high.Returned home done internet search and booked my parcel for collection after 10.30am collected at 2pm by a very nice gent. Delivered next day. great. will use again.”

“I've used Interparcel for about 12 collections now and can honestly say its a first class service, its so quick and easy to log on at any time of the day or night, enter the dimensions and collection/delivery details then you have a price. I've always found the pricing very competitive, if your happy you just continue to book the collection and pay for it. I had a query the other day on a booking and used the virtual assistant, it was just as you'd expect quick and easy and most importantly answered my question. Keep up the good work Interparcel, i'll continue to use you and tell anyone i know about your excellent all round service. thank you”

“Perfect everytime I use them and provide the best quotes 99% of the time. In the times they havent and someone else has, I tend to avoid the other companies as I have had lots of issues with them in the past, Interparcel is a simple tranaction everytime.”

“We're a business and have used Interparcel hundreds of times. They do a great job with their task (provide a good price and arrange for the courier specified to collect and put the parcel into their system). I have no sympathy for many of the one star reviews below which blame the THIRD PARTY COURIERS for loss or damage. Go on to their own review page but don't blame Interparcel!”

“I have had a career dealing with couriers and shippers for fourteen years now, as well as in my life outside of work, and am well aware of the errors, mistakes and other general failings that can occur in getting one thing sent from one location to another. In my professional life I have been using Interparcel for a good period of time and have been very pleased with the efficiency of the service so far. I need something picked up and delivered, and it gets done. Reliable is very much the word. Where things have gone wrong they have been in a very small minority, especially when compared with other services that I have used in the past, and have usually been down to the individual driver making an error. And this is where Interparcel truly shine. The customer service is uniformly excellent. Wherever a change to an order needs to be made or whenever a fault or mistake needs to chased up, the customer service team have done nothing but impressed. Emails are answered quickly, and phone queues are short and answered knowledgeably and confidently. A recent potential headache was in fact almost turned around by the impeccable actions and service of a Becky Blythe who was nothing short of exemplary. Interparcel, if you are reading this, please pass this on: Becky works in a service industry where all too often anyone and everyone who can complain will do, but where praise is due very few will make the effort to say anything. I, and my colleagues here, have been very impressed by Becky today, especially considering it's a Friday, and I would like you to know just how valuable an asset we consider her to be to you and your company. 5 star service.”

“Ok, I was looking for a courier to send some stuff I had sold on eBay. I wanted someone cheap so I looked at the Post Office and couriers directly like UPS and TNT for example but they were all so expensive. I then did an internet search with yahoo and Interparcel came up. I did a quote and found that they were quoting prices for some of the couriers I had tried direct, but at a cheaper price than I could get direct!! Immediately alarm bells rang and I thought this was too good to be true but eventually I decided to give it a go. I booked the courier, her came, my parcel got delivered. I was very happy. I used interparcel again for another delivery about ten days ago and got an email from the receiver today that they hadnt received the parcel. I couldnt remember which email address I had used to book the delivery so I had no tracking reference to find out where the parcel was, all I coould find was my paypal transaction reference so I emailed their customer service people this and the collection/delivery address and asked if they would be able to provide a tracking reference. I will be honest, I expected a reply saying that they couldnt help or ever just providing the tracking reference (this was a long shot so I thought!) I got a reply back within an hour giving me the tracking reference, telling me when the parcel was due for delivery, what service I had book etc, so much information that I didnt have to do anything else to sort things out! The lady who emailed me was Josie and i want to, once again, send her my most sincere thanks for all her help I will definately use Interparcel again and recommend to everyone I know.”

“Ive used interparcel for many years now and find them great had parcels sent all over the world great service i will allways use them book online with them its so easy .. and very good prices . what more can i say ... everything ive sent with them has got there perfect just sent a parcel to the usa picked up monday got there thursday ... * Diane Bishop *”

“As a private user of Interparcel I couldn't be happier with their service. Online booking is really simple, there are plenty of pick-up times to choose from, the service is excellent value for money and the pick-up man is punctual, fast and polite. I can find no faults with this company”

“I have used interparcel, made a mistake on label, had to pay for another as late at night..pick up was set from next morning 1.00pm pick up.. refunded me on wrong label brilliant ...all i can say is...wish i had known about them ages ago, great service, great prices... does what it says on tin!!. .PICKS UP...AND DELIVERS...what more can you ask for? tracking numbers signed for at 1/4 price of Royal Mail for same weight WILL use again..& HIGHLY RECOMMENED Mr G Martin”

“I almost went with another company after reading reviews on here, and am GLAD I didn't. I don;t know what all the fuss is about interparcel. I just moved an entire company, as well as personal house across country. We booked for this past Monday, with UPS. They picked up before the end of the day. Next day, the driver was waiting for us when we arrived from the train! All the while, I placed 2 calls to them to verify the shipment and get some help with some of the details - the people were considerate, prompt and on-the-ball. Last year, we moved to Paris and back, and again used interparcel. Outbound: packages arrived in 2 days. Return: packages arrived in 2 days. Nothing broken, customs cleared and handled. I've been using Interparcel for over 3 years with my business, and have only once had a failed collection, and when that happened - they cared and refunded me straight away, and rebooked with someone else. I'm a happy loyal customer. The only thing I can figure from the people having collection problems on here is that if UPS/YODEL/somebody doesn;t show up, it's hardly the agents' fault. Secondly, I'd rather chew nails than entrust my parcels to Yodel or DPD, or ParcelFarce (who makes cash by faking the dlievery attempts and charges you for redelivery). It pays to have a good agent. My suggestion: if you;re not wanting to sit home waiting for _whoever_ make a friend at a local shop with long hours, pay him/her a pound to have your parcel sit and wait for the delivery courier - and forget about it. (I've found this has been well received by several places, who all see a new way of making money by offering this as a service). PS. a key element: with IP you choose which courier - which is very important in my book. Others choose for you.”

“I've never had a problem with this company, I use them for practically everything I send thats too big for the post office to take. The only issue I had was with Hermes NOT interparcel, it was just booked through them, the problem with Hermes they hire 'car owner couriers' who tend to take it a lot less seriously than those with a name badge and a company van. Anyway the issue was the hermes person took ages to deliver a parcel to my customer once, I'll never use Hermes again, but interparcel is great, I hope they drop hermes off they're list. Go for interparcel economy - cheap service and usually next day, and they pick up from your door, well worth it imo. PS there are always promo codes around the net, it's worth doing a search before you pay.”

“Having been able to arrange a same day pick up was brilliant until we had a problem with our printer and could not print out the parcel label. The driver who arrived to collect the parcel waited while we attempted to rectify the problem. Eventually our kind neighbour printed the label for us and the driver was able to complete his collection. An outstanding service without complaint from the driver, well done and thank you.”

“Excellent service, sent a large ( not heavy ) parcel to the South of France, it was crucial it arrived whilst I was on a campsite. After booking, I read some very negative reviews an had a few sleepless nights. I need not have had any concerns, was collected from Newport in South Wales on Thursday 30th September and arrived on the campite on Tuesday 5th October ! Brilliant service !! Please remember that Interparcel are not a courier company themselves, simply an agent, they never handle anything. You have a choice of carrier and prices on their website, I chose the cheapest which was TNT and would also compliment them.”

“I send car parts of all shapes and sizes all over the World for my business. I always check Interparcel first and it's great that the premium carriers UPS or Fedex are often the best value. If Interparcel could take exceptionally large parcels it would get even more of my business. Any problems are dealt with quickly and efficiently.”

“I would use your service again as it was a very large parcel {wheelchair} was picked up on time and delivered to a friend's address 250 miles away and arrived at the al;lted time. Would definitely use thois service again”
