“I use Interparcel for collectible musical instruments import from UK to Italy. I found Interparcel serious, secure, fast, affordable and friendly. Very useful and accurate their tracking control panel web service. fantastic Customer Care service: friendly and fast. What else ask for? What a pity not having same company at my side when shipping from Italy to EU...”

“I find InterParcel on the whole very good which I why I keep going back to them. They are very quick and easy to use. Also they are the best ones I have found for collecting and delivering big heavy boxes, especially large laser printers weighing up to 33KG. Most other companies won't touch something over 30KG.”

“Excellent, easy to use web site with no gimmicks or annoying loading issues. Used Interparcel for years now with no issues at all. No size discrepancies like you get with others, fast e-mail responses and good customer service. My only critique would be they are slightly more expensive on International shipments than others but very good on UK. UPS are one of the main suppliers for Interparcel and are just the best. In my experience HERMES are awful ! I think it is they that have brought down Interparcel's reputation on occasion. My tip, ignore the Hermes quote, bypass Yodel ( they are not as bad as Hermes but still not great ) and only choose UPS !”

“I prefer booking through interparcel as they are extremely easy to use and very competitively priced, I have been using them on an almost daily basis for over 6 years, their staff are very helpful and have not had any real problems in this time.”

“Interparcel gives you the choice of speed vs price and are usually cheaper than Parcelforce for heavier items and most International ones! I now have an account, which gives me instant access to my history and tracking. It also saves entering in my details every time.”

“Couriers are much cheaper than Royal Mail/Parcelforce and not having to trudge to the post office for drop-offs is convenient. The only downside is that the couriers give you a pick-up date, not a time (not like Tesco's groceries van), and no fixed delivery date. Maybe there is a tracking website somewhere that allows people to plan there schedules a little better, but I haven't found it yet. So far I've only had a problem with a courier once, and Interparcel dealt with it fine.”

“Interparcel is really easy to use, with clear no nonsense pricing and prompt collection. I got fed up with my previous courier adding on fuel surcharges, so I never knew what the final bill would be. As I have to quote my customers for delivery charges, this was too vague. With Interparcel my life is much easier.”

“We have used Interparcel for several years; we find them dependable, with good rates and very efficient service. When problems arise (usually the fault of the drivers..) Interparcel do everything they can to resolve the issue immediately and ensure our valuable and urgent deliveries are made. I only wish that there was an equivalent in the USA where we have our new head office.”

“i use interparcel often to send a parcel to my daughter in germany collected on monday delivered by wednesday, the price is brilliant compared to royal mail, i was even amazed that the one i sent last month i had somehow put the wrong post code on they noticed this and corrected it when it arrived in germany well done interparcel great service”
