“I would only ever use Interparcel for all my courier needs. If on the rare occasion things go wrong, the staff resolve any issues extremely efiiciently. A very happy customer.”

“The first time I used Interparcel I was surprised how easy it all was. I was able to get competitive prices compared to those people in the big red vans and didn't have to drive a couple of miles drop the parcel off as it was collected. I have subsequently used the service again and will be doing so again next week.”

“I've used Interparcel a few times in the past as they're very convenient & give you numerous choices of courier. The last time I booked a courier as Interparcel at 10:25am , UPS arrived at 11:30 & it was delivered by 10am next day. That was a 2-3 day delivery. Can't beat that really , so they'll continue to get my business , albeit very small volume.”

“I've used Interparcel for a fair few deliveries before and I'm happy to say that they've been flawless. Never had a single problem with them, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Highly recommended!”

“Really easy to use and clear instructions Web Site. I book UPS alot. ?7.99 minimum 1 kilo. I have an account with UPS and ?!0.99 is the minimum fee. Interparcel pass on their reduced fees, which is an absolute rarity in the 21st Century. Thank you, there is no better.”

“i have sent hundreds of parcels via interparcel..never had any problems at all very reliable service even when i have supplied the wrong or incomplete address its able to be sorted by me speaking to someone on the phone...great”

“Your services offered and competitive rates and then the excuting of the whole order is totally outstanding. I would highly recommend yourselves. Unfortunately you have no control over South Africa customs and of late that has been a sore point and due to how they have reacted and charging astronomical charges sours the whole excercise. But I am fully aware that is not your problem.”

“i have been useing interparcel for years,sending in the u.k and internationally.i have never had any problems that i could blame interparcel for.rarley a problem arises and if it does the girls at interparcel sort it out immediately. there are no excuses,no long waits on the phone and its easy to book online with good options and prices. i would recommend above any other courier booking service. i would never change interparcel they are too good. THANKYOU INTERPARCEL. p.s good tip...ALWAYS USE U.P.S THEWY ARE ALSO THE BEST.”

“really happy with interparcel's service via the website, and it's functionallity. Only criticism would be the site's suggestion that a discount is available for account holders (may no longer apply), and I've never seen any discount over the years of using this service. Recently, prices have risen on the 'better' contracts you offer (namely UPS) which have been substantial %age's. I have to remind myself that Interparcel isn't actually a courier, just a ticket tout offering a reasonable deal. Top tip is use the Interparcel standard service (48 hr non-timed) which is provided by UPS - I've sent over 250 parcels, not one has ever got lost or damaged, and 99% delivered within 24 hrs”

“Thank you very much. I was very satisfield with the service you provided. The parcel was picked up as arranged and was promptly delivered to its destination. The price was only a fraction of the cost at some other companies too. Thanks again”
