“Very easy to book the collection online and then arrived between the agreed times to collect the parcels. The parcels were then delivered on time and tracking them was easy. What more could you ask for?”

“Have used interparcel a good many times and always found they were competitively priced and my parcels were handled professionally. I also use another large parcel service provider, but find there website is slower and the discounts they promise don?t often apply when you come to pay!”

“I send very expensive, rare and highly collectable items all over the world. I only ever trust interpacel. Customer service is fantastic which is rare in today's world. The staff at interparcel should be very proud of themselves. I've had a few problems with customs etc. and interparcel have been quick to inform me and help. The tracking is also excellent.”

“I've just sold a whole load of stuff on Ebay and dreaded all the packing and then waiting around at the (overpriced) Post Office. However, I discovered InterParcel and my problems were solved! A very easy intuitive website meant getting everything priced in advance so my customers knew what to pay, and at bargain prices too. Ordering the collection was easy, especially as it was possible to arrange a timed slot, so no waiting around all day. Everything was picked up exactly as planned, and all my customers and I are very happy bunnies! Well done, InterParcel!”

“We've used several different companies to send our parcels but have found Interparcel consistently reliable. Also, any damage claims (which have been quite few) have been dealt with quickly and fairly, and I am please to recommend them to anyone looking for competent, fairly priced couriers.”
