Had to get a new car because it was blowing out my electrical system, after I put in a new alternator & battery. Don't worry, it's causing problems w this one too, blowing modules & just losing the electrical system while driving

An Intoxalock representative stated to my Probation Officer today, 05/12/25, that the "customer" tampered with the camera device in my vehicle. THAT IS ABSOLUTELY FALSE! I have documentation to show that there was a work order in place a month ago and the camera began to fail that same day. I would not recommend this company.

Absolutely horrible. Vivian Franco was " concerned about helping me and helpful only until she got me to leave a good review and then completely disappeared. It took WEEKS to get them to do something simple I had been calling about multiple times a week speaking to multiple people who essentially lied to me. They are just horrible I truly do not recommend intoxalock to anyone! Please go elsewhere

Horrible company. Sales will tell you incorrect information. They will tell you that you can use this is you have COPD which is NOT true. I am not even on oxygen and it did not work. They charged me over $250 and would not refund any money.

Absolutely terrible customer service. When you initially call, you'll get the kindest people you've ever spoken to. In the 6 months I've been using it, I've never once been able to get through to a real person on the phone ever again. It's time for me to get it removed. I received an email from them saying to call a customer service number. So I've been on hold for an hour at 8:30am and am typing this out. I doubt I'll ever get through to someone. They also hit me with a violation for "trying to hide my identity" during a blow so I had to keep it in over a month longer. I've done the math and have probably blown in this thing over 1k times. I drive a lot for work. I guess once I dropped my phone or something? It's just a grift. And they don't have the decency to talk to a live person ever again after getting you in their system. It's pathetic

Hello, the device (intoxalock interlock) completely drained my battery. It was 200 and they are still charging me for it when the car is inoperable. Now, they are sending threatening texts about being non compliant because I missed calibration date due to my car not being able to get on the road from their device killing the battery non stop. I've spent hundreds of dollars on this including registration fees, tabs, and insurance. Is there any way you can point me in the right direction for this?

Overcharging me again for a lockout bc I was working in a state they didn’t service. I also have to go to the dmv to fix a suspended license with a condition of reinstatement from them that they also want to charge me for.

Absolutely horrible if I could rate this company 0 stars I would. Impossible to get them on the phone you’re looking at an hour to two hour long hold times anytime you call. Got my “final calibration” done 9 days ago they told me it would take 2 business days to get my “certificate of completion” back it’s been 7 business days and I still have nothing from them. Scammers they make the process to get it removed take longer so they can drain you for money. Not to mention the fee we agreed on they’re charging $27 a month extra.

Well I was unaware of all the hidden fees that come with this company but Isaias asked how he could help me and he did. Although I am stuck with them for a year it was nice to know someone staffed cared about my situation.

Horrible company to deal with, all around. They will quote you one price, then charge hundreds of dollars over what they told you it would be. They bill you for charges that don't exist. I have checked with my local DMV, and the charges they list on my account, DO NOT EXIST. The device has caused serious mechanical problems with my vehicle. I have been inside a retail store shopping and came out to the parking lot, to my vehicle sitting there running, unlocked, just waiting for someone to steal it. They advised me that I might have to pay to get it fixed, but I won't know till I bring it back to the installer. I am sure they will say it's not the device's fault. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Money Hungry and tons of hidden fees, As I type this I spent 2 hours on hold to get ahold of somebody for removal, They just confirmed I was okay to remove and now I am on hold again for god knows how long. Couldn't recommend any less than I do.

Absolutely horrible experience. The dive drains your battery. Replaced my battery three times and my alternator. Car wouldn’t start more times than I can count. Car wouldn’t turn off. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Takes hours to get someone on the phone. They dropped the call and didn’t even call back. Removal process is absolutely ridiculous l. Nobody gives you a straight answer. The service centers are clueless. Would not recommend!!!

I recently had an extremely frustrating experience with Intoxalock's customer service. Over the course of more than ten calls, I found myself repeatedly placed on lengthy holds, only to be connected with representatives who didn’t seem fully informed or confident in answering my questions. Their responses felt scripted, lacking genuine understanding or assistance. Hoping for a resolution, I escalated my case to a supervisor named Sara. Regrettably, this only exacerbated the situation. Sara consistently interrupted me, seemed disinterested in truly listening, and frequently contradicted her previous statements. Her demeanor was so unprofessional and combative that I was left in disbelief. This experience has severely undermined my trust in Intoxalock. I strongly advise others to consider alternative providers to avoid similar distressing encounters.
