“I’ve recently had this put into my car and had all kinds of situations. I wrote a review that I was very pleased. But since then, I finally got a call back from Blanca one of their reps who was Incredibly empathetic when it came to the situation. She explained to me a lot and had to go about resolving my situation thoroughly, and then apologized for what I had gone through with the other representatives. Honestly, it was nice to have someone that Took the time out to talk to you and understand what was going on. She Was a pleasure to talk to, and in the end, she rebated me two months Of payment for all the trouble that I had with Device. It’s hard enough living with this device. Every time you wanna go to the store never mind all the other hoops you have to jump through and live life. So if I can give any advice, ask for Blanca, if you would like to resolve any of your situations. She empathetic and thorough. I give her a five star review. As for this company three stars. The device itself is hard to breathe through just to get your car started. I have asthma and the hoops I have to jump through just to get the calibration resolved. It’s just crazy but again she explained to me that’s the laws That the state will only allow you have to go to court to get it Recalibrated. It’s not the company‘s fault. But the device itself is just horrible.”

“Do not use them go through someone else!! This is hands-down, the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with! Coming up with false lockouts to charge you money! Making you pay before you can even speak to customer service! Then when you finally get to talk to customer service, can’t even understand them! They’re a greedy company praying off of people who are trying to get their life back on track! Do not use them go through someone else!!”

“Extra charges and refusal to uninstall the device when my time was up. They stated they could not schedule a final calibration and removal unless I had a letter from the state approving the removal. The state I am in does not issue this type of letter. I was forced to remove the device myself and my final months of service were not reported to the state by Intoxalock so I have to have a new device installed even though my time was completed and I was charged for the time.”

“Sorry ass excuse for a company locked my car days before I could get it recalibrated but yet it’s my fault because I didn’t go out there to check it apparently and that was while I was at work! You call and it’s a bunch of Indians that you can’t even understand and very rude customer service all around!”

“Absolute worst company I’ve ever worked with i regret it ever day .. I’m a pa driver i got a dui in New Jersey for months they told me i wasn’t allowed to report to two deferent states when both states told me i need to have the machine on my car i then get in touch with both states they tell me that’s not true .. then into lock proceeds to tell me well the machine i got pa won’t accept so for months been trying to get the new machine put on for them to tell me u can’t get the machine till we ur approved for duel reporting . I then have to sent my requirements letter from pa to them they then make me an appointment to get this upgraded machine on my car but never send it to my service center .. finally i get approved for duel reporting and they tell me they can’t ship out the new equipment that was supposed to be shipped out weeks ago until they talk to the service center that they already talked too. I swear they string u along to keep the machine on ur car long as possible i will never recommend them ever to anyone oh not to mention charged me 43$ for shipping the u it twice that was never received”

“If I could give this company a negative star review I would! I have this installed into my car since may (now end of September) and I’ve had to have my hand held replaced 3 times the computer twice, been stranded in the middle of the mountains in gatlinburg TN, almost Tboned by traffic bc my car just randomly shut of and wouldn’t restart….. when trying to get in touch with customer service they hang up on you, refuse to let you speak to a manger, they don’t speak english, if they do it’s broken and you can barely understand them. 0/10 do not recommend at all”

“Absolutely ridiculous, I exited my vehicle and it asked for a test. I didn't even know and they charged me $75 weeks later for a violation. I've followed the rules to a tee, installer mounted the ground into a rusted panel, causing me to sit for over 4 hours waiting for service, they charged me $175.00 promise a refund on service but still again no repayment.”

“intoxalock is by far the worst liars i have ever dealt with. they say one thing about pricing then once you get the devise they can charge you whatever they want its never what they say . said there be a 1 time fee thats turned into a twice a month fee thats on top of the recalibration fee and they said they would get paperwork to penndot so you cna get your license so you cna drive but after 5 days still hasnt happened but they want to keep charging when by law your not suppose to drive without a license. its a bunch of BS and would never recommend then to anyone ever. I think they should be turned into the state attorney general for fraud (my opinion)”

“Ha violation 3 do to leaving my key fob in my truck when I got to work. They said that it's my mess up that it's in the agreement so there's nothing they can do . He said no one was in the truck for 7 min. when it wanted a sample . So that coasted me for a mistake with no alcohol involved cuz I don't drink my dui wad drug related was 79.50 + 26$ to the service center. There thiefs .”

“IF I COULD I WOULD RATE THEM DOUBLE ZERO🤬 THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ITS ALL ABOUT MONEY, THEY DON'T CARE TO WORK WITH YOU, OR, if your losing time off work cuz they refuse to hear what you got to say to them. I needed to get my car worked on and they refuse to help me charge me for lots of things that I have receipts for. Be careful look for every reason to charge you more than an arm n leg. fuk these guys!! And good luck reaching them, I was waiting for 1 hour to 45 min. To even talk to someone that you can barely understand and ends up having attitude and being pushy! Smgdh”

“I have a violation 3 and pending lockout. I have severe COPD and having trouble getting my last breath on retest. I called and all you can get after you sign up is someone in a call center that you can't even understand. I cannot get into my dr. Until the 11th to get a statement regarding my breathing issues. Meanwhile I have a camera in the car, per intoxilock and this jerk on the phone is telling me the machine does not lie and what my responsibilities as an adult are. I have not drank anything at all since my heart surgeries in May and he is arguing with me still. No one bothered to tell me at anytime that an inhaler will set off the machine like alcohol and I have notified intoxilock of my issue. So I found out on my own that an inhaler will set off. What is the point of the camera if you don't look at it before penalizing someone. I get it now. Intoxilock can't charge you an extra 75.00 to reset if they actually looked at the equipment they made you pay for and install. Just another greedy corporation that is hooked up with the state. Would also be great if when you called about an issue you could actually speak to someone you can understand.”

“Device has killed my battery and stopped working 4 times now and have had to pay to have it towed to the repair shop every time. Try to get a hold of them is hard because every time I have ever tried they are always experiencing more calls than expected ( least that’s what a recording always says). Would highly recommend not going with intoxalock”

“They literally use this device to go off without any alcohol involved to then charge you $75 for a violation. They are stealing from customers that have already been milked by a life mistake. Taking advantage of customers is not a good business strategy. Shame on you Intoxalock.”

“It’s impossible to get ahold of anyone with them. Vehicle is due for calibration, installer is out of town past calibration date, so I need to know what to do and can’t reach anybody but a bs automated system.”

“This is absolutely a government sanctioned fleecing operation. These people care nothing about road safety or drivers, They want your money. Literally driving the past year so light headed i can barely focus on the road. Their customer service is a joke. Guaranteed 45 minute minimum hold time waiting on one of their sorry ass employees in india to answer from a call center on speakerphone so your entire SUPPOSED TO BE confidential information is spread across the whole building. I've been mocked, hung up on, racially profiled, and wrongfully charged outrageous amounts of money. When the interlock destroys your battery which it will do you're responsible for replacing it and when you do that you have to pay 350 to get your vehicle towed. This has been nothing but a hate inducing experience and i hope to god somebody opens a class action lawsuit. I want in.”
