The filter stopped working after 4 days. Now it gets clogged and stops working after half a container of water. I take out the filter, shake it, and again, it fails after half a container. Completely worthless filter and now the entire product is useless. Money wasted.

The water is very good. The email said the pouches were zip lock. What I got is not zip lock. My experience with previous pouches, they open and can not be closed after a few uses. The water is very good.

Plastic of bottle is too weak. I suggest it needs to be made thicker & stronger. Bottle feel from an inch height & still broke a tiny pice that now doesnt allow for bottle to close properly. Won't ever buy this bottle again..filter are good though. They truly work in alcalinizing water.

I appreciate the great service I received resolving my mistake ordering the wrong product. Invigorated Water offered a easy solution with minimum processing. I also really enjoy my 3f counter top dispenser. I've had it for a couple of years now and the water taste great.

I have been a long time customer of Invigorated Water and have never had a problem. On my last order the filter pitcher I ordered arrived cracked. I was expecting to receive a replacement quickly. However, after contacting the company I was told they are not going to address this problem and I need to file a claim with some shipping protection company I never heard of. I had to wait several days to be able to file the claim, which required pictures, and I now have no idea if, how, or when my claim will be resolved. Will not buy from Invigorated Water again.

Hi Christina, I'm so sorry to hear that you haven't received your filters yet. The carrier marked your order as delivered on April 19 and it was signed for by someone with the initials P.R. If the filters were not found, we hope a claim has been filed with the Route package insurance as mentioned in our email to you on April 29. They will handle the replacement of your order. I'm (Frankly) disappointed. Replacement Filters haven't been delivered yet and there hasn't been any progress communications regarding when I'll receive the products. I have been very pleased with the actual product but not so much with the delivery of replacement filters.

Your order for the PH001 (3pk) filters and pH PERFECT pH Drops were shipped separately. The filters were marked as delivered on April 22 and the package was said to be left at a parcel locker. I love the invigorated water but I am very disappointed in the delivery of replacement filters. On April 1,2021 i ordered a replacement filet and the small add on filter. I have only received the small add on...where is my water filter. There was no tracking information provided with this order

Your last order was you sent me was totally unusable. The dark sediment in the cartridge were leaking out in the entire package. I continued to try to contact your office but you failed to respond. I quit using your product. I got rid of your dispenser.

We received a IW countertop water system from someone who no longer wanted it. My wife tried it out after running 3 tanks of water through the existing filters, and said the water was upsetting her stomach, so we ordered new filters. I find it odd that you would ask me to write a review before the filters even arrived. That alone tells you your shipping standards leave something to be desired; anytime you engage the USPS to deliver something, you will be disappointed. I hope the new filters do the trick, otherwise I just wasted 75 bucks. BTW, I won’t be able to answer some of the questions in your survey, because I haven’t received the filters yet.

We purchased two of your products with the glass pitcher (one for me and one for my daughter). Before we used the new filters we had purchased , both pitchers were broken. It was not a big event, only touched the side on my sink when filling. Didn't even realize it was broken until I noticed the water running out of it. Maybe these were a defective batch of pitchers? We really liked the water and felt good about having it.

I love your product! One of my filters had a leak of sorts in it. When I opened the package, there was an extra amount of the granules loose in the sealed package. A lot more than the normal amount. I believe this happened because there is a hole in the filter causing the granules to spill out. I would like for this filter to be replaces please.

The replacement filters were slightly too big for the holes for my water filter. It took a lot of effort to get them to fit I had to somehow squeeze the filters into the hole because if I did not the water leaked through. I would like replacing my filters to be easy not a struggle. But other than that I do enjoy the product.

It's really disappointed that I never received any follow up emails at all for my order. It took over 3 weeks to get my order but no communication from Invigorated. It is very unusual for online sellers not to send any follow up emails with estimated shipping/delivery, I didn't even receive tracking number when shipped. I had to reach out to customer service twice to ask for these basic info... Then, when I finally got my pitcher, the seal on the plastic wrap covering the pitcher was broken as if someone opened it previously. The seal clearly says to return if it's broken, so I reached out to customer service once again to request for return. But then they told me that it shouldn't have been used if the filter pouch wasn't open... Regardless, the pitcher itself had rust on the bottom, so I'm getting a replacement anyways... This time, probably because of my feedback, I received the tracking number.
