“The customer service is top notch and the pitcher very nice quality. I was hoping that the filter would improve the taste of my water but it did not. Maybe I chose the wrong product for my water need but it was definitely a disappointment. This may just not be the right product for me. The water might be healthier, it just simply tastes the same.”

“I love the stainless pitcher I maintain within my refrigerator for all my drinking and cooking water needs. The water tastes great and as long as it truly is adding and removing what it says it does, I am a very happy customer. I keep extra filters stored in refrigerator as noted to store in cool area. Filter bags are so easy to use.”

The glass flask is very thin/fragile. Wish there was a protector or thicker glass. Had I known I would have gotten the stainless.”

“This is the 3rd water bottle I’ve had over the years. Loved the 1st and 2nd. Don’t know why but this 3rd one has sharp edges, at the cap opening and the drinking spout. There will probably not be a 4th.”

I believe in the quality of the water that comes from my Invigorated Water Pitcher(s) and have enjoyed the easy to install showerhead with skin softening vitamin c and minerals. And I think it is all at a pretty affordable price. The only reason for not having five stars is the navigability of the website...still unable to find a sign in link with any certainty...kind of hit or miss and have no idea why.”
