It does make the water taste better, but I can't find definitive information on whether it removes chloramine (not just chlorine) or not. When I queried, months and months ago, I was promised a water analysis report when they got one. Never seen it. Four stars for the product. Minus another star for the sheer number of emails I have received since ordering. TEN and counting. The usual confirmation and shipping emails, plus shipping emails from a third party, plus a review request, plus some charity donation request, plus an extra thanks for your order email, plus a request to advertise their product for them, plus I don't know what else. Back off, y'all!

The water is very good. The email said the pouches were zip lock. What I got is not zip lock. My experience with previous pouches, they open and can not be closed after a few uses. The water is very good.

Plastic of bottle is too weak. I suggest it needs to be made thicker & stronger. Bottle feel from an inch height & still broke a tiny pice that now doesnt allow for bottle to close properly. Won't ever buy this bottle again..filter are good though. They truly work in alcalinizing water.

Hi Dan, Thank you for making the products available for all. You are awesome. I have been using your products 3+ year ago. A shower filter, I used in July 2021. last week, I changed my shower a new filter and tested water of pH. first, the pH was 5 then it's slowly fading out to 0. Please help to to understand.

Please allow orders to be paid and accepted on back order. You get paid, the customer knows it’s on back order and doesn’t have to endlessly check your website for when something comes available - its a win win!!!! I had to keep going back to your site to check on replacement filters …. Was a little frustrating…..

It’s the only filter system I’ve found thus far that actually raises the ph. But the filters only last 35 days max. Still better than buying bottled water.

The average person consumes about 68 liters of water each day and as a general guide, the filter should be replaced in about 6 months if only one person is consuming the water. It's easy to fill . It has someone of an aftertaste. The pitcher is hard to handle when pouring.

I've discovered that with the pitcher, I can't just fill ii, put the lid on, and put it in the fridge. The lid causes such a strong seal, that the water doesn't filter through. It's like a strong suction cup or something. It just sits in the reservoir. But if I fill it and don't put the lid on right away, it filters through. So, I have to wait before putting it in the fridge. Not ideal. And because of this, I'm missing my Clearly Filtered pitcher because I didn't have to deal with this issue, but I guess it is what it is. The taste of the water is definitely something to get used to

Hi Celise, We saw your message and we wanted to reach out. When the bamboo lid is in place while filtering water, this creates a vacuum inside the pitcher causing the water not to filter through the PH001. These two steps will help prevent this issue: 1. Do not put the lid on all the way until the water is done filtering from the reservoir to the bottom area completely.  2. Allow the water level in the bottom purified area to go below the bottom of the filter before refilling, so air is free to flow up into the reservoir to release the vacuum. As the PH001 is designed to filter water fast, it should only take about a few minutes to filter one fill up. What is don't like is I put in a order and then I get a coupon that expires that day for another purchase. I just put an order in why would I buy something again. I can barely afford the replacement filters and I wait as long as I can to order them and then I get a coupon when i order for another order which will expire that day. Doesn't make sense to me. I am a recurring customer. I bought the pitcher and need replacement filters. Why do i have to wait for a coupon I can't use because i already put an order in??????

I was hoping for the water to be at least a 9 bit was only 8 on the alkaline scale. It started as a 6 prior to being filtered

Hi Sherry, We saw your message and we wanted to reach out. Our filters will generally raise the pH levels about 0.5 to 2 points from the starting pH point of your water. You may also try testing the water after the filter has sat after 30 minutes. Water tends to get a bit more alkaline as it sits for up to 30 minutes. We hope that you are loving the water! I love the filter but your shipping is not very good. I believe you charged extra for some shipping app. It was not helpful. So much easier when there is a simple tracking number to click on for USPS or UPS. I did not want to download another app, so I didn’t use it and consequently did not know when my package was coming. It took several weeks to arrive. Quite slow.

I wasn’t notified that my order couldn’t be filled due to volume sold. I had to trace the product through your company for an answer to the delay. Communication, Communication would have been a better response to not being able to fulfill my order

Took well after expected date for the item to be available....when all you had to do was shove 4 filters in a box...Amazon had the item up for at least a month or 2 and you were still in preorder...and when recieved it said amazon on it. So please, why prey tell did I have to wait to order it from your site? As well, when you soak filters as stated, it is impossible to twist on 002 filter with silicone ring without ripping a filter to shreds.

We're also sorry to hear of a difficulty in attaching the PH002 to the PH001. Here are some tips to help: Please then ensure that the gasket is laying flat in the bottom of the PH001 filter. Place the PH002 so that the four cut-outs of the PH001 line up with the protrusions of the PH002. Push down and turn to the left. Then please insert your PH001 filter into the reservoir and pull on the PH001 to make sure that it is sitting evenly all the way around in the reservoir.
