“Had a text and email advising delivery was between 12:42 and 13:42. Arrived home at about 11:45 to find parcel on doorstep, despite it stating signature mandatory. Happy to have received item safely buy concerned how things would have been had it been stolen from doorstep...”

“Was charged as individual items by sender, but items arrived shrink wrapped together and for price paid, would have expected next day delivery!”

“Goods arrived undamaged, although it took 2 attempts to deliver a parcel that fitted through my letter box. I was not in the house on either attempt but the parcel was delivered by posting it through the letter box the second time. This is not the first time this has happened.”

“I don't know who Anna Edwards is - it isn't me! I did get a delivery today - couldn't tell you which company delivered it as couldn't see the van. Delivery ok.”

“Getting notified about when the parcel would be delivered was useful and it was delivered within the timeframe specified. However, I had to leave work in order to be there for the delivery. I would therefore have preferred that the sender had used Royal Mail as I could have then just picked it up after work the next day from the nearby depot.”

“You were late collecting. It was just before Bank holiday in August and the item was required specifically for that particularly weekend as a winning gift for a raffle during that weekend. You DID NOT collect on the day that I had booked and there was no notification from you or any apology. Because it was the Bank Holiday weekend, you collected a day late and it didn't get delivered to me until AFTER the Bank Holiday weekend on the Tuesday, so it was too late for the purpose it was bought. I did mail you to tell you this but you didn't even reply. All of this "mailing service only" may be convenient for you as a company, but it is extremely inconvenient for us as customers. Having a phone number to ring is much more reliable. Your service may be cheap, but I paid for that cheapness in other ways and am now out of pocket”

“My parcel was paid for & booked to be delivered on Friday 11th of September but didn't arrive until yesterday (Tuesday 15th September) Online the time of arrival (for 15th) was between 1.45-2.45, which it did arrive at 1.45 as stated. I was pleased it had arrived on time & that I wasn't waiting around. If it had arrived on the Friday I would of rated a higher overall rating. This is the first time I have used this service.”

“My parcels arrived safe and sound but were left by the door without being signed for like I requested. Beforehand I got an email saying It was signed for by someone whose name means nothing to me. So whilst i'm happy that nothing went wrong, it could have easily gone awry since anyone could have taken them before I got home from work.”

“I always leave a note where to leave parcels if out. This was followed yesterday. Would be good if a card was left so that I could go and collect from my neighbour to save troubling them further though. Plus delivery was early which wouldn't normally be a problem but would be if you particularly needed to be home to receive.”

“Pretty straight forward service after another courier claimed they didn't service my area. The only gripe is that there was a delay in receiving the item because Saturday delivery has to be selected as a dedicated option, no service on Sundays and the Monday was a bank holiday, maybe make Saturday an inclusive delivery day”

“The problem I have had on the both occasions that I have had a parcel delivered by the same man is that he doesn't come to my front door. My back is always locked and rather than come to my front door he tries my neighbours to leave the parcel with them.”
