“I am most concerned that there is no sign of my parcel, and a not has not been left to say where it is. I now have the parcel, it was delivered to my neighbour. In fairness to the driver, the address is the same for two residents.”

“I think the use of email and text to explain when a parcel is going to turn up is frankly pointless when you are delivering to a business address. What would be much better is a simple tracking system for those who are really concerned to view should they need to know urgently where their parcel is. You are providing too much information.”

“The delivery arrived 10/08/15 but was due on the 4th or 5th /08/15.don't know who was at fault either you or the seller. The delivery itself was placed in my wheelie bin and a card shoved through the letter box with good information as to where the parcel was,(no one home when the delivery arrived). The free draw on 1st June hope its 2016.”

“I requested delivery on Wednesday, when I would be home all day. The parcel was left in the porch on Tuesday. It's OK but, I am not entirely happy.”

“I just wanted a normal delivery without any hitches, that is what happened What I don't need are silly messages / emails and all the other things that don't allow my item to be delivered. I have paid for the item IT BELONGS TO ME !!!!!!!!!!.......................I REPEAT...........................IT BELONGS TO ME!!!!!!!!!! and I would have expected it to be delivered TO ME !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Without fuss bother or any kind of ado because as soon as I have paid for it it belongs to me DONE DONE DONE so if sent via your company as I have paid for postage I should receive it Thanks L.H.Breckon”

“The parcel went to a different address about 200 yards away from my home. I got no notification of it being delivered. Maybe a phone call would have helped. Thanks”

“WENT PAST THE HOUSE 3 TIMES 2ND AND 3RD TIME RAN IN THE ROAD WAVING MY ARMS IN FAIRNESS TO THE DRIVER THE NAME HAD BEEN DOWN PRIOR TO PAINTING BUT THERE WAS ONE OF OUR WORKS VAN ON THE DRIVE WITH OUR NAME IN LARGE RED LETTERS ON IT SAYING DOBBINS”

“The service was what I have to come to expect from most carriers, i.e the people doing the organising have not got a clue, so I won't blame the driver. Had an request for an AM collection confirmed on line, then an email from the Glasgow depot saying it would be collected PM, when the consignee said she would be out, hence the choice of an AM collection. Got sorted after phone calls to your office and texts to the consignee, hassle I could have done without that day.”

“The parcel was delivered safely. The delivery person did not wait for me to get to the front door, but left the parcel on the front door step in full view of the street. By the time I opened the door there was no one in sight, he/she had already gone. I don't know how he/she knew I was in as the blinds were all closed. The contents of the parcel were valuable and could have been lost. I have never had a parcel left like this before.”

“Unfortunately I feel you have let yourself down, parcel was marked, (NEXT DAY) despite this It did not arrive , I telephoned an advisor the day it should have arrived and according to him, there was no status on this parcel at all , not even as being picked up the day before. So a parcel that should have been here on the Friday, did not arrive until the Monday due to the weekend, and now you would like my feedback. Spend more time concentrating on job in hand and worry less about reviews.”
