“Customer service at UK mail is pretty poor. Parcel was sent with incorrect postcode, not your fault. However call centre for UK mail couldn't change the postcode to the correct one. Cant understand why? Ended up calling my local depot who changed it straight away. Don't know why Uk mail call centre is so difficult to deal with, no simpathy or apology, just a very poor at resolving seemingly straight forward service issues.”

“Appalling service! Parcel was clearly marked 4 Willowaire and it was delivered to 1 Willowaire where a very difficult neighbour lives. Is the driver an illiterate idiot??”

“The service stinks. Next day service is not a next day service! Prices are not as low as they would like you to believe. Don't try to contact any of unhelpful staff; they will insult you. If you speak with them they will put the phone down on you, if they don't like what they hear. You would be wrong if you think they are there to help you. In one word: "disappointing". Wouldn't touch them ever again!”

“Driver left parcel in recycling bin, and left a note that it was behind the bin. Good job it was not collection day, as the bins are often put out by our neighbour. I wouldn't like to have paid for a service this poor”

“Parcel was delivered at 7:30am, waking me up - when I read the text afterwards, it said my delivery slot was 8:15-9:15!”

“I paid £2 extra for morning collection only for the driver to turn up to an empty house mid afternoon. Impossible to rearrange collection over the weekend or contact ipost at all. Just been contacted by email today,5 days late. Not good enough! Also still owed a refund from earlier in the year.”

“Items requested specifically for delivery before the weekend. They tried to pick up the parcel at the wrong time so no one was there, we had to rearrange to a time where the packages had to be left outside but there was no choice as the items were needed by the weekend. On Saturday evening I sent a complaint as the parcels still hadn't arrived, the parcels arrived three days late and after the weekend that they were specifically ordered for. It is now Tuesday and I have received an invitation to review the service but no response to my complaint.”

“Driver did not ring my bell or knock on my door the parcel was left just inside my gate 6 yards from my door I did not know it was there as it was before my time slot my neighbour had to bring it to my door because it was a heavy parcel she had seen where it had been left by your driver”

“My parcel was left at the right number but wrong street! It was left one street up in a wheelie bin and a note was put through the persons letter box. The elderly gentleman then had to bring the parcel down to me as I had no idea it was there. The correct address was on the parcel but delivered to wrong address”

“The parcel was left in my green garden waste bin, which was half full of grass mowed at the weekend. The parcel was therefore damp (from the composting grass) when retrieved, both outside and inside.”
