“IrishParcels.ie website is easy to use and gives great quotes. I booked my parcel with TNT and overall experience of collection was very pleasing. I received a call before driver was to come over, driver was very knowledgeable regarding customs and waited me with patience while I printed off extra documents for him about which I did not take a notice before. What I found different with Irishparcels from some other services is that there is a very easy option to add an extra insurance on the parcel reaching several hundred euros. Very useful when sending high-value items abroad. Will definitely recommend IrishParcels service to others.”

“Excellent means of shipment between reland and Australia. I only wish i had heard of the sooner. Easy service and safe shipping delived in fast timing. Never use the post office again!”

“I had a last-minute parcel to send to the US for Christmas and got an excellent price from Irish Parcels (€46 compared with over €90 for a longer delivery time with a competitor). They sent TNT, who couldn't have been nicer when I needed to change the pick-up time (the driver even said he'd make the copies of the customs forms for me when he thought I might miss my son's Christmas concert!). And the parcel arrived earlier then I expected. The only slight hiccup was that the booking firm on IP website didn't work on my mobile or tablet, but the lovely person I spoke to on the phone told me to try the computer and that worked fine - the parcel was collected within 2 hours. Speedy, friendly, good value = very happy customer!”

“friendly and punctual service, even during the very busy week before Christmas. We could not track the packet because that service was down but the courier reassured me that it would arrive in time and it did. Less costly than sending a parcel of this size to Germany with An Post and quicker!”

“This is the 2nd year I have used Irish Parcels when sending 3 Xmas parcels - one to England & two to Scotland. They were collected from my door on Friday, December 16th, circa 2pm and on Tuesday, December 20th, all three recipients rang me to say they had received their parcels that morning. This means that my cakes/puddings were only 4 days in transit (which included the w/e), delivered intact & in time and best of all, nearly €30 cheaper than An Post. I have also used this service at other times too, with the same great service & I have recommended Irish Parcels.ie to many others, who have since used the service.”

“I've recently used this company to send parcels to the UK and Netherlands. The cost of shipping was very competitive and they arrived on time and undamaged. I have to say the driver who collected the parcels each time was lovely and helpful checking to ensure the parcel was wrapped correctly and the labels etc were attached properly. I've given 5 stars for a service that I couldn't fault.”

“First time to use Irish Parcels and I was very happy. The parcel was collected on day as promised and was received in UK in good condition 2 or 3 days later. Also I received a discount for my first order so this was great value. I was encouraged to use Irish Parcels because they have a phone number - just in case! I have used Parcel2Go in the past and you have to contact them via Chat which is like pulling teeth. Their service is dreadful so well done to Irish Parcels - keep up the good work. I'll definitely use them again.”

“Absolutely delighted with Irish Parcels.ie. Only 2 days to get to west coast USA, right from my front door in the middle of nowhere. Now I can totally relax knowing my parcel got there in plenty of time for Christmas. All for the best price available. And, the courier driver was a perfect gentleman. Thank you.”
