“Very fast to pick up anything I want to send. Just this time as My husband was giving my package to deliver he was given a parcel and delivery driver said it was for house 2 doors down, and would he mind dropping it to them. HOWEVER when I looked at the address, it was not a house 2 door down it was for someone at the complete other side of town..and I ended up trying to find the Address and I had to deliver the package. How he got mixed up I'm not sure as eircode was similar to mine but either way if I was dishonest I could have kept that package and not bother delivering it. I HOPE this is not a regular thing as where will my packages go if so.”

“Easy to order and print labels. Truck arrived for pickup as scheduled in remote rural West Cork. However, delivery to Dublin was delayed longer than predicted. Cost was fair.”

“The service is very good and competitively priced. My only gripe is that the goods description is selective in what it will accept, and without complting this you can't proceed. This can be frustrating if the goods are not easily classified.”

“Satisfied with your service. My suggestion to add a column/ space in your customs documentation for business customers to enter details like '' Goods are of preferential EU origin'' so that customs duty would not be charged in such cases.”
