“Good service however when I queried the delivery the information on your database was incorrect so your customer representative had to send an email to follow up . This was very quick and I got a quick response which was good”

“First time user Found website difficult to navigate initially paid by PayPal (three times,my mistake) overpayment repaid rapidly Found getting the customs number for the items in the parcel! Parcel delivered to USA 🇺🇸 in 5 days”

“Satisfied with your service. My suggestion to add a column/ space in your customs documentation for business customers to enter details like '' Goods are of preferential EU origin'' so that customs duty would not be charged in such cases.”
