“Your site is great! Easily found very cheap couriers and even got a discount as a first time customer. Quick collection, quick delivery. But the driver from GLS was very very rude!”

Thank you very much for your review, we really appreciate it. Unfortunately as our courier is a third party company, we are unable to comment on their behalf. However we sincerely apologise that you had a negative experience, and we hope that this does not deter you from our services in the future.

“Very happy with the delivery service, it would be great if the booking time could be extended to 11am instead of 10am for same day collection as it is not always possible to have the booking done in time by 10”

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately these cut-off times are set upon by our couriers, and so we need to set these in place in order for same day collections to go ahead. Please get in touch if you have any further questions and we will be more than happy to help.
