“great service. My bike wes sent from Ireland to Belgium. Arrived 2-3 days later to Belgium. No complains. Thanks”

“I send parcels every day but was limited as to where to send etc as so many different companies Irish parcels has brought the lot together and you have all your different prices and can give options to the customer It's all online and you don't need to go anywhere Outstanding service for any small business owner It will further my business so much Thanks”

“yes, I was fully satisfied with the service. Collecting driver was here early, and phoned in advance, which suited me as I was fearful I'd be waiting around for a couple of hours. Would use the service again without checking alternatives. Paddy O'Reilly”

We require our customers to set up an account so that they are able to log into their account to access information such as collection times, shipping labels, customs documents, tracking information, and more. This is also to ensure that if there are ever any issues, we can easily contact the customer regarding this. “First time using Irish Parcels at the start a problem booking my fault.Van driver that collected parcel was brilliant he made live very easy. He did not have to make a phone call for directions he landed at door. It arrived on time and in good condition. Brilliant service definitely will use again.”

“Dear Irish Parcels, Thank you so much for your fantastic and competitively priced parcel service. I placed the order and was given directions regarding payment and tracking which were easy to follow (especially for a non techi like me) I received one call to direct me to my house which is very remote and difficult to find, the driver was here within minutes of the call. Then it was on its way, I was able to track really easily and the dialogue all made perfect sense. Parcel arrived at its destination in tact and dead on time. I am so delighted that after doing much research I certainly have found the best out there for my needs. I will have no hesitation in recommending Irish Parcels to others, along with the fact this is my preferred parcel service of the future. Regards and many many thanks Peggy”
