“The worst customer service. I have just received one item when I ordered three items. Have tried emailing them and DMing on insta about getting my refund but no one is responding they are scammers.
When I first ordered from them received a jacket that was from PLT and they tried covering up with name with a black marker. The worst online clothing shop.
Don’t buy from them as they do not even give people any refunds and the sizes are so small they are not accurate”
“Ordered 3 items totalling £44, they arrived promptly however the sizes were huge. Sent the 3 items back on 5th may (48 hours tracked) I saw it first signed as received on 7th may. After a week I sent an email to chase refund and was advised to wait up to 21 days for refund. Contacted again after 21 days had passed. (I have since misplaced the post office receipt) I saw it first are denying receiving the parcel and refusing refund!!! As you can only contact them by email they have now stopped replying. This so wrong when I saw with my own eyes they have had this parcel signed as received...so now I have no refund and no clothes either! Wish I had kept them and had them taken in instead!! ....so warning to everyone...if you send something back make sure you keep you returns receipt and be prepared to not get your money back at all.”

“Literally worst place ever. I’m so mad I purchased items after the first time. First of all, customer service is awful. They are mean and WILL NOT help you. I got items that were ripped AND stained and when I sent pictures they said they’d give me 20% off—-never responded. Then I was stupid and ordered again for my sister....after 2 weeks of constant bugging they finally told me my package was lost and FINALLY refunded me. They are the worst. Not only that, but the quality of the clothes is horrid. I washed a pair of their knitted trouser on delicate and NO SPIN today because I was so scared to wash them, and yup. Huge hole. They just came apart. After one wash. Those trousers didn’t even look like the picture online as well. Their clothes is SUPER cheap material. They customer service or HORRID. I shopped at missguided and had amazing clothes that were similar to I SAW IT FIRST but actually arrived looking like the pictures, better deals, and the quality is amazing for the price. Save your time and shop missguided instead! I spent so much money at I SAW IT FIRST and I regret it SOOO much!! If I didn’t live in the U.S I would’ve returned everything, but I was too nervous to even give the clothes back with how awful customer service was. They never gave me my 20% off...imagine if I sent the clothes back and never got refunded! They also wanted to CHARGE me for the return!!! Uhg. Just such an awful experience. I can’t say how much I hate that company. They rip people off and I feel are just complete scammers. It’s so disheartening.”

I am a size 8 therefore I have bought size 8. I am of a slim build.
The top I couldn’t even get my head through. The opening of the head was for another arm
One dress literally bagged from my shoulders down, the cleavage area just sagged didn’t cover my dignity. The bottom of the dress had an unknown hole for a body part I didn’t have.
The playsuit I could just about get over my hips and then the chest area again was very open. Was not fitted
The bodysuit had a lovely cut to it but is transparent and thin not one you could wear with a bra or without one ... so no luck
And the second dress just awful when trying it on I couldn’t get it past my knees. It was so small as if made for a 7 year old.
All items are made with poor quality material. It was my first time shopping with them. Was truly excited to receive my parcel especially that I had used my birthday money but I can not recommend purchasing from this website. Just shocking”
“Hey guys this is my first ever review on any type of clothing but I wanted to let you know how awful the quality is of all the clothes on I Saw It First.
I brought myself a load of new clothes from this store as I haven’t genuinely brought myself any clothes in years.
I am literally only rating it a one as it was next day delivery.
I’m completely devastated with the quality of the clothes I ordered and to say I was cat-fished is an understatement.
One of the items of clothing I ordered was the ‘Ivory Bust Detail Bandage Body Suit.’
Okay so please see what the body suit looks like on the model and then on me 😂😂😂😂
I have literally returned all but a couple items of clothing. A lot of the stitching is completely offset and askew. Sizes are completely off! I usually wear a 10 so I brought 12’s just in case and they are either so tight I can’t even fit them on or huge to the point where they are drowning me.
Please be aware of this if you are thinking of ordering anything from here. So disappointed 😂😰”
“The customer service was appalling. I bought a few items understanding the quality wouldn’t be of a high standard. However, I was still shocked, when after a mild detergent hand wash, pre wearing, re covid 19, the item lost it’s dots! It was quite extraordinary.
I contacted the customer Svs team explaining. I was asked to photograph and forward. I did as instructed. After receipt of my glaringly obvious photographs, I was offered a 25% discount!
Fast forward - contact with 4 different customer service consultants (Suzanne, Abbey, Hannah and Rachel, finally a manager, apparently, who offered a bizarre apology, IF I was unhappy with the garment. Then adding insult to injury offering me a measly 50% reimbursement. Who, I asked, would be happy with a faulty garment?
In these, trying times, I understand how response times can appear inefficient. Nevertheless, I can not condone 4 members of staff encouraging me to go into a shop to return a dress which is clearly faulty, indeed after they requested and received detailed photographs off subject dress. In the these troubled times, encouraging anyone to travel and interact in public, is at best irresponsible.
I would like a ‘manager‘ to contact to explain this reckless stance.”

When you may want to return the absolute rubbish they've send to you (they only sell rubbish, poorly made, ill-fitting, and broken leftovers from their warehouses nowadays) you'll come across an idiotic "Customer Care team" with exotic (!) names such as Neet and Montana ... They will do their absolutely best to get rid of you and never send you a refund! They will tell you that proof of them receiving the returned items (i.e. tracking on the post office site) is not enough!! They'd need proof of "proof of return".... If you come across them raise the matter with your credit card and also file a complaint with citizens' advice - with some luck they'll go out of business!”

“Paid for next day delivery but didnt get this. Sent both items back. Got refunded the delivery but not for items returned. They said couldn't refund me until I closed pay pal dispute so I did and now they have only refunded me for one item so have stolen money from me. They are scammers and thieves who take a week or longer to respond to each message. I am now taking legal action and reporting them to the consumer ombudsman.

Order number 26053173121 ordered a £50 jacket along with other items and the item came with obvious marks on it the button was loose falling off and came undone as soon as I pulled it through the hole to button it up it had multiple strings coming off it. it looked so tacky I don’t know how it even got sent to a customer. I took photos of it and emailed them Straight away but the following day I’ve had to rush to Birmingham 4 hours away from where I live to look after a very sick family member as it was a emergency I’m obviously not going to send off a parcel before I leave so I left it not thinking about it and they refuse to remove the item from my KLARNA Saying they cant without the item when they can because I’ve seen them do so with other customers they don’t care about my situation at all I’m appalled they’ve dealt with me like that I’m happy to pay for the other items they was perfect but refuse to pay £50 for this kind of quality and service it’s such a shame this has put me off buying from them again this was my go to online shop”

They are disgusting scammers that have stolen my money and scammed me again when I tried to resolve the issue through PayPal.
I recieved a faulty dress and sent evidence of it which was accepted by them.
I was promised a refund if I closed the dispute.. I should’ve known better how scammers operate.
I will be leaving realistic reviews of this scamming company on every single site possible, I have already left one on trust pilot.
I will also be contacting the Consumer Ombusdman to report this company and their fraudulent activities.
