I've already wrote one review but they deleted it so here I am again and I will be repeatedly reviewing you UNTILL YOU REFUND MY MONEY 2 orders 1st order was missing 2 items and shoes was damaged sent them back no refund ive checked with the post office they have been delivered yet ive still no refund or email or anything 2nd order I havnt sent back yet but I will be today let's see how long it takes for these theives to refund me ohh it's only nearly 90 pound ABSOLUTE THEIVES

Order 29th July for next day delivery Order got delayed still waiting on order to come even though I Don't want it sent emails after emails explaining I'd like a refund just getting same old email back asking for more time to look into it...

I would not recommend any one ordering from this site unless you are sure of your items. Spent loads on this site, received the items realized they didn't fit and returned some of the items. Based on Royal Mail tracking these were delivered on 28th June 2021. Up to this date i have not received my refund nearly a month after. I have spoken to over four individuals at support who each keep sending automatic system responses and never rectifying the issue which is returning a refund. I personally hate to write anything negative about a site but i mean it is nearly a month and after speaking to someone each day every single day. It is utter non-sense and frustrating especially for your own hard earn money. I will not be ordering from them again. Maybe if i get a refund i would consider but after this head for my money back wheew who knows!!

Quality of clothes are the worst I have ever seen! I only received the items I ordered this evening and they will be heading straight back to them in the morning. This company should be ashamed of the quality of clothing! Definitely should be done for false advertising.

This is the 2nd time I have placed an order, approximately 18 months apart. On both occasions 24 hours after the orders being placed and money taken from my bank account I received emails stating ".......certain characteristics provided on your order doesn't match your card issuers records. As this information isn't identical we've had no alternative but to cancel the order and issue a full refund back to your original method of payment." No stars deserved. To other customers: don't waste your time.

If onlyI had the hindsight to read the reviews before I ordered. I ordered a black gilet after many emails of them wanting more clarification, after they accepted my order and took the money from my account, they emailed me several minutes later saying my order would be placed on hold for 48 hours providing l send more clarification ,if not my order would be cancelled and it would take 3/5 days to be put back into my account!,eg, photo evidence of passport or driving licence also photo of front and back of bank card ( cover the numbers) also some relevant letter showing your name and address eg utility bill.. All this for a gilet. The gilet was advertised at £90, with discount i purchased for £36, I thought I would be receiving a good quality item.It came yesterday, The quality is extremely poor, loose threads hanging off. If this had originally been £36 and reduced to £15 ,I would have still thought £15 is the true value of this item... I feel stupid, angry and ripped off by this company...My advice is stay well clear of this company,

PREMIER DELIVERY JOKE!!! Advertises as next day delivery but takes 5 days for order to arrive??? They wont refund delivery cost either?! Response to emails is as good as their delivery - USELESS!!!!

If I had read the reviews before ordering i would not have used this website, I ordered a t shirt only to be sent the completely wrong t shirt, then when complaining was told that I have to go out of my way to post it back, even though It is free returns this is simply not good enough and if they done their job properly in the first place I wouldn't be here right now, not a happy customer.

Worst c..ompany I ever dealt with I paid for denim for £40 and paid for delivery I never heard from them I emailed them they admitted but the don't want give me my refund this is my order number #26056804112 I first heard about this company from friend of mine but to my experience people be careful with this called I saw it first not they are not genuine companies they are stealing people money and customs service is terrible my name is valeria please contact me on my mobile if you had same experience as am collecting information and write to ombudsman this is my number 07380228528.

10 days and I'm still waiting for order to be dispatched. They are still processing the order. Contacted customer service 4 days ago and still not resolved . Told me they would pass it onto warehouse. Still no update after days. All they have to do is ring warehouse and see whats happened to my order. That's something that could be done in 5 minutes. Have used them once before few weeks ago and was fine delivery wise. Only thing I will say is quality isnt great and sizes run small. This was a re order for bigger sizes I found I needed to size up at least 2 to 3 sizes for top to fit. Wouldnt have bothered except was only place I could find what i was looking for

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! SCAM!! I ordered myself a rose gold dress for my 18th birthday in 6 days and they gave me the wrong order!! They gave me a mans jeans!!! Very disappointed and wasted my money!! I’m going to stick with my regular boohoo or pretty little thing because I’m actually upset!!

All i can say is there customer service skill are shocking. Reported didn’t receive our parcel and they pretty much call you a liar. Parcel was supposedly left in plain sight at the foot of the front door in view to a very busy street used by cars and pedestrians to the shops and park area some time before allocated delivery time. No attempt was made to conceal the parcel in a safe location yet somehow its my fault that i never had chance to get my hands on the order that i have paid for and now out of pocket for. The items were supposed to be gifts so as a result of negligence on the delivery side its impacted 3 people and all you get from this company is “well the item shows its delivered” Is there proof of me receiving this? No there is not. But in there eyes as the parcel had its picture taken at the foot of a closed front door thats deemed as delivered. Can they prove that the parcel remained in that location after the photo was taken and the driver did actually leave it there? No they cannot yet they are quick to make there assumptions. First time i have ordered and will certainly be the last. You should be ashamed of yourself, if this is the ethos of a family run business then you should be disgusted with yourselves (ie the owners of boohoo, pretty little things, nasty girl ect)

THE WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD WITH ONLINE SHOPPING!!!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! I have ordered over a month 15 items from isawitfirst, apparently 6 of them were missing. Nobody informed me that I wont get them. As long as i noticed that items were missing I email them saying why wasn't I informed that those items wont be send to me and if they gonna send them to me still as I was looking forward to get them. they told me that everything should be inside they asked me if bags were damage or open but they were perfectly packed. in the form attached to my parcel all the items were on the list. Same day I returned the items that I didn't wanted to keep ( I kept only 2 items out of whole order) and I filled it up the form with reasons why I am returning the other clothes and which one are missing. apparently I received refund ONLY for the items that I returned. I had to send so many emails basically BEGGING to get the money back for the items that I never received. 3 TIMES THEY SEND ME INCCORRECT AMOUNT OF REFUND. I am beyond upset!!!! I am dealing with them over a month and there are still money missing. THE WORST CLOTHING COMPANY EVER UNPROFESSIONAL AS HELL

Ordered multiple things for my daughter for Xmas. All exceptionally terrible quality. One loungewear set that was expensive, has the seam unsewn from the crotch to the ankle. Huge hole in shoulder of a top. Awful rubbish garments. Despite 4 attempts to complain..no one has ever contacted me. Beyond disgraceful company.
