“I really love their customer service and also the products they sell which seem authentic and of great quality. I recently tried their Kesar Badam cream by Neev as a night cream and it has a very soothing effect on my skin. They also have a very good collection of jewelry and fabric. I just hope my tailor can do justice to them.”

“I was very happy with my recent order of masks and a bell from itokri. The quality was excellent, the service and shipping was prompt. The emails featuring the daily specials are eye candy! I like that they feature crafts from all parts of India, some of which are not seen often outside of their area.”

“Very prompt and good service Sorry to tell u I had a very bad experience a site called On the shopsaree I ordered for two sarees at 2000₹but to my disappointment I got altogether different sarees I didn’t like .Naturally Unlike this site urs is the best, I ordered sareees for me n my daughter too last year,anyway thnx a lot”

“I loved the earrings and the face masks. Only the handmade soaps are a disappointment. They are so heavily perfumed that the smell gives me headache everytime. The personalized handwritten note and that freebie are such a wonder! Last time I got a lovely keychain and this time a pencil with tomato seeds at it's tip. These little surprises make me want to buy more from itokri, which I definitely will. Eyeing some dupattas this time.”

“I loved the masks. However some fabrics were bit rough even after the first wash. I liked the snug-fit and found the other pleats mask to be really small in regards to the face coverage. Just a genuine feedback for you guys to look into next time. Thanks!”

“While am absolutely satisfied with the quality of fabric (yet to wash them though) and finish of the 3 layer cotton printed masks, I am unhappy with two of them as they have the elastic smaller and its not only hurting my ears but opening after a while or when am trying to talk wearing them. The other three stays put and are fine.”

“Firstly, Thanks for the hand-written letter. Items were neatly packed and received. 2 out of 5 masks felt uncomfortable near the ears when wearing. Except that, everything was good.”

“Have been ordering stuff from itokri for many years and recently ordered a Sanganeri print double bed cover. Though the fabric and print are nice, the dimensions are off mark. Barely six feet wide and almost eight feet long. Not fit for the standard Indian double bed, that is 6x6 feet. Please make the bedcovers at least 6 1/2 feet in width, keeping in mind the Indian standards.”
