“Bought a shawl recently. Excellent product. Packing needs improvement. While using newspaper and recycled cardboard boxes are a good idea, receiving a Pashmina wrapped up in newspaper is a bit odd. I'm sure there are better and more pleasing recycled wrapping materials available. Being eco-friendly should not mean being down-at-heel!”

“Beautiful face coverings. Only problem is, one beige coloured mask has a red lining. When I washed it, the colour ran and the beige colour is ruined. Please line the light coloured masks with equivalent light coloured linings.”
