“I ordered a couple of jewelry items as gift for my sister, and was on a tight schedule with just 3 days left for her birthday. itokri team not only assured me that the items will be delivered, but also constantly kept following up with the courier company to assure timely delivery. They also included a free gift for 1st purchase along with the jewelry I ordered. My sister loved the Tibetan Necklace from Himalyan Collection and informed me that the quality was pretty good too. The packaging was pretty impressive as well. I loved their collection of ethnic merchandise from different parts of India. I'm extremely happy and satisfied with their service. Good Going Team!”
