“Dear itokri adda, I have ordered many items from you and am quite satisfied. Just a suggestion that pls see the stuff you send is clean n neat. As once I had ordered a file folder and it was wrapped up in dust inside. Pls see to it. Otherwise I quite like your services. The stuff you send is also good. Thank you”

“Wuality very good. Saree authentic cottons, very soft. Good lenth & width. Nice designs Kurti- not enough varieties, not standard size . Pockets hang out. Need to improve”

“Much as I understand that the products are handmade & artistic. But I still think prices are a bit high. Sometimes the finish product has some defect too. E.g in a madhubani painted stole fill-up paint was not complete in some places. In a bag which I bought stitches were coming out. I also want to know why do you all sell your fabrics in .5 mt, everywhere it is sold in one meter However, I am now buying from itokri for last 4 years and will continue to do so”

“Shipping good curtains great prices could be better as I found same vendors in delhi haat seeling the curtains I purchased for even cheaper. Considering itokri sources directly I expected it to be the cheapest and best platform.”
