“I like how thoughtfully done your website is, beta/ beti, and all else. But sometimes for example, measurements in half meter etc is not buyer friendly. I also find the stuff three times more sometimes. For example the filigree jewellery were three times more from market price in Odisha. And some of the fabric as well. I wish you will bring back ready to wear”

“Most of the products are from the artisans I buy from exhibitions viz. Dastkar, hence I am aware of the prices they quote. The prices in the website for the same products are more often hiked + we pay for shipping.”

“Hello itokri, I have received my parcel some time back. Thank you so much for the earnings and the hand written note. It was really sweet of you. I am extremely happy with my purchase. Thank you for making these beautiful products. Just one issue I have. And it is with the towel that I purchased. It looks very old and shabby. I have bought hand block print fabric before and have been using them since long time. Never before the new purchase of such cloth piece looked so dusty. I am not sure why is that the case with the towel. I don't think its because of the dying or hand prints on the fabric. It looks more like how and where it was stored. I would like to get some explanation from your end and would prefer to get it exchanged as well. Looking forward for a resolution. Thank you, Anjali”

“I loved the clothes material ordered by me- however I felt the price should be more competitive. I ordered four different material. One material however was very old and after getting stitcihe it getting torn from the stitched areas”

“Dear iTokri It was like a dream come true when I received a courier of my ordered material with a hand written note of Jiah. Material I bought was in my mind with a plain cotton printed on a white back ground , I tried to find it several market places but when found on you website, same with pintuck style I could not resist my self to own it. Although I am happy with it but it can me more joy able if it would same as discribed on screen while ordring. ( White back ground ). Any ways it aslo good as I intended to purchase. “My review is about a particular purchase. I loved the sifar stone encrusted silver hoop shaped earring which closes behind the ear. However in one of them, the closing point is lose and my earing falls off. I have not worn it much yet and i was travelling so could not send this feedback for long. However there is a problem. I am not sure if you would resolve it but just wanted to let you know. Thank you!”

“Loved the dupatta! And delivered so quick, right in time for the event. Thanx iTokri! My only concern has been that the pure white cotton kurta i wore it with has one half shaded green now. The side i put the dupatta on :(. Will handwashing or drycleaning help?”

“Wn I ordered the stuff most of them were width 48 but en I received they were 46-47 and they 2 -3 are not having even edges and the black one is having cut on the edge and something mud like stick on the cloth”

“Hope iTokri will expand its range more and more.. Faster delivery wud b nice too.. You may sell desi stuff but you don't need a desi style to sell it- from website to delivery everything can be a bit more like a business site and a bit less like an NGO..(eg. Beta Beti). wish you best of luck..”
