“I have ordered stuff from itokri before as well and it has always been a good experience but this time it was different. I had ordered three pintuck 2 metre fabrics..The red and white had good breadth but the yellow one was shorter. Now I have to order half a meter more of the same colour and that means more waiting time. Not expected of a website as good as itokri”

“2 of the kurtas ran color upon the first wash. There was a breach in communication between customer service and the tailor involved when the garment was being stitched. This requires remediation to ensure a high quality of customer service and satisfaction. Sincere thanks for allowing us to write a candid review.”

“The kurta I received is a pure rajasthani cotton and I liked it. The only drawback is fitting. It's just straight cut no shape at all. Hope you take it as a good feedback. Thank you.”

“I recently bought some items that were available for immediate dispatch. However the shipment was nottpicked up by the courier company for 2-3 days and i had to make several calls to have the consignment shipped. Your backend operations must be improved and reviewed periodically. Dress materials are too expensive.”

“I love a-line kurtas. Perfect fit. Fantastic fabric. Only problem is they accept returns as they told on the website. They would make a big fuzz if u request for a return. Vaiahsali and priyanka two head of sales team. Really lovely and helpful girls, yet they do argue request for a return.”

“Although the quality of fabric is good, I was not really happy with the colors and pattern sent to me in the assorted combo. The website picture is different and I understand this is for reference. But I buy after I visually like a product, so receiving colors that I do it like or prefer in my face, really disappointed me. From all the masks, there is only 1 that I like, as such it’s a waste for me. You may not post this review, that’s okay… I wanted to bring it to your attention, that’s all. I prefer pleated masks and imho the choice is very minimal on your website. Thank you.”

“I have earlier purchased kutchi white shawl from Kutch. This is excellent quality and thickness and I still use it. The stole purchased from you is quite thin compared to the shawl I have and not as I expected. The cost for the stole is also too high compared to the thickness and quality.”

“The quality of product is good. But the price is too high. I appreciate the effort that gies inti handmade products. But consideration for pricing also needed. Paying 1590 for a stole is not worth it price wise. Otherwise everything is good.”

“I picked up some clip on nose pins . They are ok . The workmanship isn’t very crafty and fine . They don’t look eye catching . The ends of the other side that goes inside the nose are not safely enamelled that it hurts the skin . Overall not very beautiful pieces . First time itokri fossa disappointed me”

“I purchased a fabric on January 28 th 2021 the quality of the fabric is very poor when I gave that fabric for stitching that fabric is suited for embroidery work cloth is getting damaged when they started doing embroidery work. I purchased so many fabrics but I did not face any bad luck experience but I faced problem with this fabric.”
