“I had ordered a creme silk kurta #650393 - Recd one in olive color. There seems to be no way of initiating a return/exchange. Please let me know how I can get it exchanged or a refund of the amount paid.”

“The products are awsome.. But unfortunately I got a different colour earrings in single pair.... But neway products are good, so i didn't return... Please try to check the colour properly before despatching to customers bz it takes so many days in revieving the product and we don't want again to put for return andbwait again another few weeks... Otherwise good service.”

“Have bought quite a few kurta materials from itokri. And have always been satisfied. This time ordered 2 shibori tie n dye kurta pieces. And one had a tear. Certainly not expected from a supplier as reputed as itokri”

“I purchased a pouch and water bottle cover. The zipper of the pouch was of poor quality. Fabric of the water bottle holder was flimsy dupatta material.. not appropriate for a bottle holder, So was the handle, it would definitely not be able to hold the weight of a 1 liter bottle. ITokri was prompt and arranged a return. I would love to give another chance but please improve the quality of zippers and handles and fabric.”

“A new journey started with lots of enthusiasm got stressful due to transport provider. Parcel was a week late but when I received it, I forgot the grudged as my order was too beautiful.On the top of all,I admire the way ITokri is aware of environment. “The ordering experience was smooth and the delivery was quick too. I bought 4 bedcovers. I was a bit disappointed because one of them had 2-3 stains and the color seemed a bit faded than what I saw in the pictures.”

“While booking, you asked the receiver's address and phone number, which is relevant. But it was extremely embarrassing for me know later that the receiver ( who was being gifted the product) is receiving all the details of my shopping. Why was all my order information along with price being sent to the receiver's phone number? That's an absolute ridiculous practice. Please try to make amendments to your system so that all this information is not sent to the receiver's number. Also, your WhatsApp customer executives took their own sweet time in responding. My first experience with ITokri was pretty good but sorry to say, I'm not happy with the service this time.”

“Recently had an experience with itokri which never happened before. Ordered some items online, from the website of itokri and the next day I was informed that the ordered item was out of stock/ in inadequate quantity. I was requested to change my order what I did once and cancelled the order on another occasion. Please update your website regularly because customers are ordering on the basis of information given there.”

“I bought cotton pants. They fit well, look well. However the material is too thin. I've a fear in my head that it'll tear very quickly. If you can improve the material quality then it will be great. The pants will also last longer.”

“I can't give a product review bc I haven't received it yet. I've made many purchases from India and despite being a foreign purchase I've come across faster deliveries. I ordered on 20th July btw :( I hope you can improve the overseas shipment methods for the next(s). Otherwise, looking forward to receiving my parcel.”
