“I have bought 3 printed cotton skirts two weeks ago based on a similar skirt I had bought in January 2022. Each skirt cost Rs. 899, which is quite expensive for a skirt of that quality. But I was even more disappointed with the size. The first one fit me quite well. But the recently purchased skirts are almost 30 cm smaller at the waist. It seems like iTokri has no quality check on the products it sells. This should be done in future.”

“I have bought quite many items on your portal from materials, to napkins, hand hammered pital masala boxes, dupattas and sarees. Mostly these were good purchases. However I was most recently disappointed by the sarees I bought a few days ago. One Kanchipuram cotton saree was shown as purple with a pink border; what I received was midnight blue with a virulent rani pink border. Another turquoise green Kanchpuram saree was shown with a narrow silver zari border; what I received was a big silver border; the "pure art silk" grey and pink saree was extremely fragile and thin liable to tear on wearing. Hence, I am dejected and therefore unlikely to buy any sarees or fabrics from itokri.com in future. Please could you try and be correct and precise in depicting on your portal?”

“Some of the products that can’t be shipped outside India should have clear mention of it. The sets I ordered had waxed candle which is not allowed and must be removed. If I had known abt it I wouldn’t have purchased the item.”

“The website is proactive and friendly. But the products? I ordered a pair of earings...dokra...finishing not so good. Ordered a necklace of terracotta, it came with rhe hook broken. Quality control is a pro lem. I returned, they gave me a gift card but now I have to pay delivery charges.”

“I ordered this beautiful dried grass tote (love the handwritten personalised note that always accompanies every purchase, not to mention the red seal :-)). I opened the box to find that the bag had been bent out of shape - having been tightly packed in a smaller box than it should have been. I immediately sent pics of it to itokri customer care. The very next day, a rep reached out to me and arranged for the pick-up. while i do regret that i lost out on a beautiful piece, I appreciate the care taken by itokri team to ensure that my complaint was attended.”

“Hi! While the pouch you sent as a gift was a wonderful surprise and much appreciated, in terms of the personal touch... the rakhi which I had ordered was not. The patch of Kundan that was stuck on it came off as soon as I touched it and I was unable to use it for my brother who was on a short trip to my place, after almost 3 years. That was sad. The rice and tikka were a lovely thought. Having said that, I love your ware and shall look forward to ordering more.”
