“I'm happy about the purchase done, the material is good, no compromises. I had ordered 2xl boxers after I saw the size it was less than the size I had ordered, or maybe it was a bit smaller for my son. anyways, it's a good one that I picked up from iTokri. Thanks And by the way, i saw the slippers on the page of itokri, do you make the biggest size of slippers if made to order? like size 43 ? please let me know Thanks, i loved the design”

“For the first time I am not happy with my purchase as you didn't send me the earrings with the ordered set and because of that my set is incomplete and I can't gift it to anyone.You have refunded for it but still it is now useless without earrings.”

“Hi! Thank you for the lovely pouch and the set of coasters you sent along with the product! I loved the print and the design of the laptop bag but found the material a little flimsy. I was expecting a thicker material so that there was enough padding on both sides of the laptop.”

“I placed an order for fabric envelopes and a fabric spectacle case reading the reviews.While the fabric envelopes were really good the spectacle case which I got was worn out at the edges,dirty and looked used.I contacted their customer care, and they said that I can keep the spectacle case at a price of 250/- as the shipping back will cost more than the case.I had ordered the case for gifting purpose which I couldnt do and then though I kept the case at the discount offerred its actually no use to me. I am kind of disappointed with the purchase and I dont think I will order from itokri again.The least they can do is inspect the item before shipping it.”
