“For the first time I am not happy with my purchase as you didn't send me the earrings with the ordered set and because of that my set is incomplete and I can't gift it to anyone.You have refunded for it but still it is now useless without earrings.”

“Hi! Thank you for the lovely pouch and the set of coasters you sent along with the product! I loved the print and the design of the laptop bag but found the material a little flimsy. I was expecting a thicker material so that there was enough padding on both sides of the laptop.”

“I placed an order for fabric envelopes and a fabric spectacle case reading the reviews.While the fabric envelopes were really good the spectacle case which I got was worn out at the edges,dirty and looked used.I contacted their customer care, and they said that I can keep the spectacle case at a price of 250/- as the shipping back will cost more than the case.I had ordered the case for gifting purpose which I couldnt do and then though I kept the case at the discount offerred its actually no use to me. I am kind of disappointed with the purchase and I dont think I will order from itokri again.The least they can do is inspect the item before shipping it.”

“Hi .For the first time was disappointed with the purchase (phulkari dupatta).As opposed to what is mentioned in the site,as also told by the sales executive on phone n chat, the dupatta is anything but hand embroidery. Its machine embroidery. One should sell what one promises.”

“Esp. in these covid times, your support of our artisans is noteworthy - keep up the good work.. also love receiving handwritten thank-yous from you.. and the red seal the box comes in which is also recycled paper.. take a bow! I have mainly been buying facemasks from you - while I have no complaints about the fabric, the cord loses its elasticity after a few washes - a clear indicator that the quality is not good. I hate throwing away the good ones - especially the ones with Kasuti work or Kantha work.. help!”

“Bed sheets were same as expected. But one of the bed cover is of very thin fabric. I am disappointed with cut pieces ( fabrics) of cotton Kalamkari print... because the measurements wrongly made.. I ordered 2 pieces of 2m each, one of them is not even 2m. And you don’t have choice between 2m to 3m in Kalamkari print suits with Dupatta.. normally we need 2.5m for making a kurta.. so if you address this concern that would be great... But thanks for the gifts with each pack & hand written letters.. that gave the purchases a personal touch.. Thanks !!!”

“I had seen your variety mask in Insta page and i assumed these masks are good and immediately placed a order but after getting my courier, ya your designs good bit mask quality (Quality of cloth) you have to improve, now a days people are conscious about QUALITY than QUANTITY.
