“Products are good,only concern that there is an option for urgent delivery within 48 hours if necessary,I opted that,but recieved the items after 5 days.”

“One musk was very good. Another two were same although I gave different order. 1 musk has nose bridge and adjustable loop, other two have not”

“Products are good but too expensive. Especially the fabrics. I happen to have visited most of the places where these fabrics are available and know the actual prices. I understand this is a business but the prices shouldn't be exuberant.”

“I had ordered 5 masks. 3 for women and 2 for men. Although the women masks were great, I had a problem with the men masks. Firstly I got a call saying that what I ordered is not available and hence I had to change. I used one and the color ran out, spoilt the entire mask. Although I was refunded for it as soon as I called but the same thing happened with the second mask for which I didn't want to call. The masks however are extremely comfortable and breathable.”

“Products are good and as per website description. But many times you get error while you try to pay for order and payment still get deducted from account. Then your have to call them to get the order completed. I would appreciate if these website issues are solved”

“I had ordered masks - adult and kids. The snug fit masks are beautifully stitched, made of really nice material, breathable and fit well on the face. My only issue is that the sizing of all the masks is not the same. 2 masks of the same fit should fit in the same way and it will be nice if that is taken care of. But overall I am satisfied. Thank you for the prompt delivery as well.”

“Good design, good service and well packed and delivered with personal touch. Unfortunately the mask does not sit on our face. It's quite loose and the elastic belts are extremely poor quality. With the result we are not able to use it properly. Even if I wear couple of plain cloth masks and then wear on top of that iTokri Mask, it still does not stay and it's very loose and keep falling all the time. Anything that you can do to correct this pls ? Badri (+91-9821068898)”

“Your masks are good.The cotton or rather khadi fabric is comfortable but once it is washed it wrinkles up and does not look so good.But I appreciate yr effort and I think you can try to work on wrinkle free cotton masks.”

“Hi! I wasn't very happy with the quality of the masks I ordered. The material is very thin and being cotton, crushes very easily and looked completely crushed after washing. Also the masks are a very large size.”

“I those printed designs for which I received a regret mail after paying for the order that some of the mask wouldn’t be same to which I was fine ! But I received all plain masks ! No prints and I was highly disappointed since I was in urgent need I had no option than to use them ! Extremely bad experience.”

“I am sorry.... But the masks didn't reach my expectations as I saw online whole purchasing.. The cloths are not that polished and more disappointing is the elastic attached to the masks are very very thin and one among them looked brown and torned out as if such n old stock.. Please rectify the standard if Your items and I had big expectations to be a regular customer of urs”
