“The colours of the fabric was very dull and unlike that shown on the site. I had feared it would be too bright for me, and it turned exactly opposite. Drab. I hope I make a better choice next time.”

“The colours were a little off. I had selected a more aqua colour fabric since I didn't have one. The colours were more green-leaning. The colours on the laptop were more earthly(which i like), but a little too vibrant in real life. Perhaps this is to be expected whilst buying online :( I Will not buy again. But the packaging was nice”

“I had a very bad experience with the product this time. This is my second time ordering masks from itokri. The wire came out of the fabric and poked my father in law's nose. This wire was a thin one protruding outside from the mask.”

“I had ordered 5 masks. 3 for women and 2 for men. Although the women masks were great, I had a problem with the men masks. Firstly I got a call saying that what I ordered is not available and hence I had to change. I used one and the color ran out, spoilt the entire mask. Although I was refunded for it as soon as I called but the same thing happened with the second mask for which I didn't want to call. The masks however are extremely comfortable and breathable.”
