“I had seen your variety mask in Insta page and i assumed these masks are good and immediately placed a order but after getting my courier, ya your designs good bit mask quality (Quality of cloth) you have to improve, now a days people are conscious about QUALITY than QUANTITY. “I had ordered 5-6 set of earrings from different varieties. One of the thread and bead earrings are rusted and partially broken. All other earrings are in good shape and the packing was very well done. Thank you for the personalised note and small gift.”

“This is my 2nd order with itokri i really appreciate their professionalism as they sent me the parcel faster than expected. But i was a bit dissapointed with the tie and die chanderi suit which entirely seemed to be cotton suit than chanderi”

“The colours of the fabric was very dull and unlike that shown on the site. I had feared it would be too bright for me, and it turned exactly opposite. Drab. I hope I make a better choice next time.”

“The colours were a little off. I had selected a more aqua colour fabric since I didn't have one. The colours were more green-leaning. The colours on the laptop were more earthly(which i like), but a little too vibrant in real life. Perhaps this is to be expected whilst buying online :( I Will not buy again. But the packaging was nice”

“I had a very bad experience with the product this time. This is my second time ordering masks from itokri. The wire came out of the fabric and poked my father in law's nose. This wire was a thin one protruding outside from the mask.”
