“I ordered several scarfs and shawls from iTokri and they arrived in great condition. I knew they would be beautiful and the cost was very reasonable. Great service and I highly recommend them to others. The only delay was with USA Customs which required a tarif that was about the cost of the items.”

“Great communication, thoughtful packaging, prompt delivery (took about 10days to the UK) and lovely soft fabric. I have washed the fabric before starting my sewing and it keeps colour well. Be sure to check the fabric dimensions - It is 100% as advertised, but not as wide as I’m used to, so consider this when deciding the length required for your project. Overall great experience and will purchase again. As shipping is expensive I’ll be planning a bulk purchase in future as that feels more practical.”

“I recently made two purchases from Itokri and I could feel the artisans hands on those. Love the quality of the sarees and dupattas. I admire the eco friendly way of packaging and the unique way of showcasing their products. But above all, the service was excellent and they made me feel that I am special ❤️”

Thank you for your kind words about the product and our team. We understand the concern around customs duties, as these are determined by the destination country and are unfortunately beyond our control. We truly appreciate your understanding and support. iTokri ki Toli

“Thanks for the beautiful material . I have done a Saree blouse with it . It is so elegant . Nice initiative that you do everything with a purpose and motive, rather than with a business perspective. Continue to support local artisans across the country . Thanks once again.”
