“I'm feeling bad to give such a review. But the idols I bought were very small and broken when they reached me. Worst was itokri people didn't respond to my mail or even on WhatsApp. You can't sweet talk professionalism After this, itokri people reached out to me and refunded the broken set. I'm satisfied with their efforts. I'm sure I will be buying other stuffs from them.”

“The delivery was very prompt , within 4 days to be precise and a lovely handwritten note along with a surprise gift was just cherry on the cake.😃 So I'm definitely going to order again from itokri👍 . And I'm also happy with the quality of products that I ordered,it's an emerging Indian brand,NEEV which i don't find easily elsewhere, all its products are genuine, you get exactly what is mentioned on the product details, so I would encourage you all to try it at least once . With the current wave of using only made in India products,this one brand definitely deserves a çhance.”
