“The saree pin is so beautiful !!! N wonderfully packed. What was even more fascinating is the hand written letter and the earrings u sent as a token of my first purchase! Way to go!! Highly recommend the brand to my friends.”

“I guess there's nothing new for me to say about the itokri team, because I read reviews and we all seem to be on the same boat. Still, what I would like to say is that I'm glad that I'm seen, accepted, respected and cherished by real people than algorithms pumping out mere numbers. That, I’m involved with real human beings supporting grassroot ethnic business and for making products available to the south Asian diaspora with reasonable prices and shipping costs. You people are amazing.”

“Very satisfying shopping experience with Itokri. The cotton skirts I bought are very lovely, and items are well-packed and fast delivery! The handwritten note is heartwarming and the handwriting is pretty. I had been well- informed of my order and delivery details throughout the shopping process. Nothing I dislike about Itokri. “Wide range & varieties of sarees. Came in individually packed bags with a handwritten thank note & beautiful free stole. Shipments came intact without any hampering. Packaging was very good with cardboard box, newspaper & Outside 2-3 layers. Shipment cleared customs & wasn’t stopped at any checkpoint & no customs fee was charged. One improvement items is since it was an international delivery instead of using “Aramex” as shipping company use “DHL”. Second improvement item is instead of giving a shipping receipt. Go to they website, put tracking number & then give that url to customer.”

“I can't keep count of the number of times I have ordered items from iTokri. It's very addicting! Delivery is speedy, paying is so easy, and the items are packaged well in recycled materials. I always look forward to the little note and gift and the wonderful scent of India that comes with the items!”

“I am very happy with my purchase and I cannot appreciate enough the customer service. I realised late that I had mentioned the address wrong and that too when the package was already in transit all I had to do was call iTokri and they took it upon themselves to make the necessary arrangements to ensure that I received my package.”
