“What an amazing shopping experience! It was my first time at iTokri and I experienced what is called "customer delight"! Not only was the order received in time, but it came in eco-friendly packaging that was so nice; the icing on the cake was the free gift earrings on the first order but the cherry on the cake was the handwritten note thanking me for the order! I am definitely ordering more soon from iTokri and will also recommend it to my friends. All the best, Jia and iTokri ki Toli (as they call it)!”

“I made quite a substantial purchase from itokri recently. I was a bit apprehensive as it was my first order. But I was very pleasantly surprised with the entire experience - very fast and responsive customer service, and the order was delivered in a single lot, and quite quickly. I also liked the sustainable packaging of the order. The materials themselves are of good quality and as per the description. Prices are reasonable for the quality offered. My only suggestion is to add more details to the description of the product on the website and to use better quality pictures. Thank you, Team itokri!!”

“I first discovered iTokri about three months ago. Since then I have made at least five large purchases for myself and friends. I have purchased dupattas, stoles, shirts and table linens. The quality is exceptional, which is why I continue to purchase more and more from them. The service is also very good, and I appreciate the small gifts that are given with each purchase. Shipping costs are high but are offset by the quality of the products and their prices.”

“A very pleasant experience interacting with iTokri. The site is convenient and hassle free. More importantly, the customer support is top notch! They kept communicating during the shipping process, and when a product was not available or delayed they patiently took my views about what was to be done next, even guiding me when I was a bit lost. That the products were of high quality was expected, but I was thrilled to see a lovely handwritten note and a surprise gift accompanying the products. Thank you iTokri team!”

“Excellent and genuine materials! I love their dupattas and blouse pieces especially. Kurtas are good too but sometimes stitching is not upto the mark. But then they provide very good customer care and return pockups👍”
