“the back office was extremely efficient and courteous - there was a problem in completing my order (for which I had received an email) though my card had been debited and as soon as I connected with the back office the problem was sorted out in less than five minutes. What an agreeable experience. Please pat yourself on the back to have developed such a mentality in the service personnel.”

“This is my third time I did buy something from them and they were extremely prompt in delivering the product. As icing on the cake, the delivery packet always included a sweet little hand-written letter with a gift (once a pair of earrings whereas this recent time it was a cushion cover). The product quality has always been really good. Go for them! They are the champ.”
