The printed cotton, banaras silk have been my favourite, the selection has been vast, and on occasions when there has been a doubt, the staff have called me to explain, helped me with the process of payment. “Recently made a purchase from iTokri.com. The product was pale green Chanderi silk cloth for kurta. The cloth was just up to the expectations. The colour and texture matched with that in photo. The response of the team was immediate on what’s app. There was a small gift too sent just with the product delivery. It was a very warm gesture indeed! Looking forward to do some more shopping in future!!”
