“I have been ordering items with itokri since long. What I receive each time is not just my items but, warmth. From the way items are packaged to the way personal notes and small gifts are delivered, it spreads smile on my face every single time. This time one of my earrings was damaged, but the way they assisted me and gave me a gift card in exchange of it, I felt extremely satisfied. I would like to thank all the staff for their politeness and all the help they offered to me. Great work. And kudos to the artisans who design such exquisite articles. “Very Good: I had ordered 4 skirts, 3 of them are good qualiy cotton. One of them seems to be more of a synthetic material. All of them look good, I loved the prints, colors and sizes. The stiching is really well done. I am totally impressed by the Ghera (the volume and frill). Special points for the quick delivery and ENVIRONMENT FRIENDLY PACKAGING :-)”
