“Even though I've given a 4 rating (because I believe there is always room for improvement), I loved the way my parcel was delivered with a hand written note & a hand made bracelet. The packing was also eco-friendly. One more thing you can do is avoid the paper bills, its a waste of paper.”

“Communicated from time to time about the progress of the order. - 5* Packaging : 4* good enough. Was intact. But the use of some suiting box :( shows low on standard. Quality of material: 3* looks very normal for the pricing. However I would like to check on quality after wash. So I shall come back with the review on quality.”

“The experience has always been great. I truly appreciate their concern for their clients and the warmth with which they coordinate things to ensure the needs are met. The prices are reasonable at large, though could be expensive at times. What I love most about them is their belief in the uniqueness and beauty of Indian crafts and looms, and how they make sure they've dug into the specialities of most states, to make it available to the masses and also educate them about dying art forms and supporting rural Indian artisans. I believe they also know how to value their employees and thats what's contributed to their success. There are very few online shops that send you a handwritten note, thanking you for a purchase made, that makes them stand out as a company that values and acknowledges you as a customer. Thank you from bringing India home!”
