“I ordered 2 shirts but had to send I back.Too big. They have much more generous sizes than other clothing companies. I would recommend Jacamo but would suggest that buyers get exactly the size they need and don't allow 'extra'”

Finding my size was easy, so was setting up my own personal account. As an old age pensioner finding clothes that suited my style and of course my age has been made perfect. “Ordered a pair of jeans from Jacamo, first they sent me the wrong size (mislabled) so I returned them and tried again THREE TIMES! And every time they sent me the wrong size. The last pair they sent were very clearly SECOND HAND - the cuffs were shredded and dirty with threads hanging out. The sort of wear that only happens after several weeks or months of use.
On top of this all, 3 days after I placed the final order they illegally charged my card for another £20. I had to call the card company to have it reversed.
When I contacted "customer service" the advisor just ignored me and went silent!
Stay away from the grubby, theiving filth that is Jacamo.”

However, they have sent items which Hermes have lost, and after five months of complaints they STILL refuse to resend or refund. Sadly wont ever use them again.”
