“I don’t normally rate, however, because the support I received from Janet. I could not hold back and spread the opportunity that one can benefit learning with Janet. Courses are well detailed, and the stuff are available to make sure your 100 percent satisfied. I would definitely recommend learners to try enrol a course and see it for your self. Thank you Janet”

“There is a connection problem in my location. My studying was delayed for a long time. Thanks for the extension from Janets. Studying a new language may cost more time than you thought.I can go on my studying now. Good Services! By the way, the Italian course make me be braver and confident to study Italian. That is important to me as a beginner. I would like to recommend.”

“Great customer service. Had a small issue yet very surprised at how quickly and professionally the Janet’s staff acted to assist me. Honestly some of these online courses and websites can be dodgy, but I was genuinely surprised, impressed and happy with Janet’s professionalism. I will study further courses with Janet due to their expert service. However, I do hope in the near future Janet can reduce the pop up adverts that block certain features of the course presentation.”

“Studying online course with Janets was a very good experience, at first I was very skeptical because I've never done this before. However I was impressed with their great customer service. They quickly replied to me and I even had a work coach that I could get help from concerning my course work imagine I tool this course during lockdown and still had no issues with contacting Janets.”

“This was a great overview course with very informative content and good value at the discounted price. I could only mark it four stars due to the grammatical errors and style inconsistencies (on a proofreading course), and because there were no practice exercises which would have been hugely beneficial.”
