“I was deeply dissapointed with the customer service. I've visited the Japan centre location at Leicester square multiple times before and such rude handling of a customer was a first. After queing for a good ten minutes at the till, the person at the till did not even say a word. He did not ask if I had a membership. He scanned my item, waved his hand to make me pay at the card machine, all without even looking at me. I felt as if I were not welcome here, and I was taken aback. My previous visits to the Japan centre was simply perfect. Good service, good quality goods. I may have to reconsider my choices after this recent encounter.”

The service with frozen food is particularly good and gets you your items in perfect condition just in time for the weekend. Very happy as a customer and will be back. Probably regularly.”

“As always, nicely packed and the goods were delivered on time. Ordered some frozen food as well for the first time. Quite impressed the food was still frozen even though the cardboard box became wet and soft when delivered. But just wondered if the food would be still frozen in summer like this time (winter now) when delivered....”
“All ordered items were delivered promptly and nothing was damaged as breakable items were securely packed. Frozen foods were well insulated and remained frozen even though the delivery person just left the box outside and did not ring the doorbell to alert us. The quality of the items is always good but it is an expensive treat.”
